I have been a customer of Bob Smith for 14 years. Purchase three vehicles from them and have them do all my service on the cars. I have dealt with both sales and service managers that have been with them for many years. Just had a recall on my Toyota Sienna and the appointment process was quick and simple, and repairs completed in the promise time frame. I plan to purchase my fourth Toyota next year and they will be the dealer I go to. I have referred many friends to Bob Smith and they to have become loyal customers.

I just bought a new Prius Prime from Bob Smith yesterday. This is my first time buying a car all by myself. I was nervous at the beginning. I made 4 trips altogether. The first two were to try out different models. The third trip was to finalize what I really wanted. And yesterday I made the purchase. Ray Ortiz was patient, friendly but not pushy. He answered all my questions and explained different things among the models I test-drove. I never felt pressured. The purchase process was a breeze. Tom (manager), Rosie (financing officer), Justin (the money man?), Estella, and Jose (the detailer) were all friendly and helpful. They made my buying a superb experience. Not to mention the follow-up emails on the information regarding the car. I only have good things to say about them.

It turned out I needed a hybrid battery. Jaime informed me that this battery was under warranty. He initially said it might take four or five days since there were others in que that needed the same thing. But then he called me next day to tell me car would be ready by with in a couple hours. I was back on the road next day. Jaime was prompt, courteous, and professional. .

I didnt purchase my lease from this dealer but moved after leasing my car and this became my local dealership. I called to see if I could return my lease and each person I spoke with was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. When I arrived to drop off the car I was immediately greeted, again everyone very nice. I worked with Tom who handles lease returns, great guy. The process was quick and painless, I was out in 10 minutes and got a free shuttle ride home. I have another Toyota lease due in a year and will definitely be coming back here!
