Good straight forward purchase process with Malik, was transparent with all the pricings/fees. First contact person was Jose, but never heard from him again after purchasing the car. Also, the was car was not the cleanest CPO, saw an ant inside and cabin was duty, white paint splashes on the interior and pink smudges, came back a couple days later and they cleaned it, but left some other smudges on the interior. Whatever, wasnt a big deal breaker for me. Great customer service, but lacking on car cleanliness for CPOs.

We had planned to purchase a Toyota Corolla. We went through the Longo Toyota at El Monte’s website to contact a sales person and we decided to call Arina Romanovskaya. We spoke with Arina and she was nice enough to accept us within an hour. I had asked about prices over the phone. When we got there Arina had the price with the entire breakdown and expenses printed ready in a file for us. Arina was very professional, knowledgeable, detailed, courteous, organized with excellent communication and people skills. She went through all the details and all financing with us and made us feel very comfortable. Arina made the process so simple, straightforward and easy for us that we decided to buy a second Toyota and my sister that was also there decided that she would like to purchase a third one. Even though my sister had some issue with her credit Arina helped us buy the car. She also worked with her manager to help us get a better price. Arina has excellent management abilities. Through the whole process she was always a few steps ahead running back and forth to put everything together from insurance, finance, window tinting, ordering the accessories, all lined up for us and they were delivered as promised. Arina explained Gap Insurance and Warranties with such detail and patience, that we had never experienced before. During test drive she was very patient and knowledgeable explaining everything in detail like a teacher. Two of the cars did not have bumper protection and she immediately had it all taken care of. She went through phone pairing and Bluetooth hands free functions and voice recognition. Demonstrated Sirius XM satellite radio and all that went with it. For insurance Arina immediately contacted Juan Reyes, AAA Insurance agent at Longo Toyota. He came over and set up the car insurances and took care of it very smoothly. Arina took us to the service department and introduced us to Jimmie Sauceda and the manager Matthew Menendez. They were both very helpful and professional explaining the window tinting, pricing and future servicing for our cars. She also went over the maintenance schedule. For financing at Longo, Arina took us to Rachel Amin who was a very nice lady, super professional and organized. She had inputted everything in the computer system and all completed so when we sat at her desk she only had to go over them with us and get our signatures. She also explained other protection programs Toyota has in detail for us very patiently even though it was late at night. Though the process took many hours Arina worked tirelessly and stayed very late until the whole process was completed late at night. We were hesitant about car dealerships but after working with Arina we have a different perception of car dealerships. Arina Romanovskaya’s outstanding first class, top- notch customer service, professionalism, caring, kindness, knowledge, patience and many follow ups to make sure everything is to our satisfaction has left us with a very pleasant and memorable experience. We went to buy one Toyota and we left with three Toyotas a few hours later, and it was all because of the experience we had with Arina Romanovskaya at Longo Toyota. The Sales person took her time and patience and theyre wasnt no rush or pressure to purchase a car. I purchase the extra warranty since I do a lot of driving.

I was thinking of stepping up to a larger vehicle, I went to the Longo Toyota website and found a beautiful 2017 Highlander Hybrid. Then contacted Alex L. with the stock number, to find the vehicle is still available, he placed a hold on the specific Highlander. I have purchased 2 previous vehicles from Alex to whom is very patient and will get the best deal. My 2016 Camry hybrid came in with a good trade-in value, Alex made the best deal possible moving into the Highlander. I love the Highlander and the whole experience. Thank you again Alex!

This is the 6th Toyota (and the 4th Prius) I have owned. Having recently moved from Massachusetts to California I was looking for a new Toyota Dealer for my next car. After visiting several of the LA area Toyota Dealers, and not being particularly impressed with the dealerships I visited, I came to Longo Toyota and found a Dealership and Sales Team that was vastly better than the rest. Robert Hofmann and Laura Tan were fantastic to work with; patient, understanding, relaxed and helpful. I was absolutely delighted with how I was treated and the Prius that I purchased. Longo has a a great reputation for a reason. I absolutely recommend Longo, Robert and Laura; you could not possibly make a better choice of a Toyota Dealer. I also worked with Jules (JJ) Lee in the Finance Department. JJ was very easy to work with and actually a lot of fun. I found the Toyota that I wanted at a great price. The entire process was easy and smooth. Longo Toyota is the place to get your Toyota in SoCal; it is a Dealership that treats you well with employees who make your experience a cut above. After shopping around for my Hyundai Elantra Limited, I found there were only a couple of exact models with the colors and options I wanted. I should have went to Longo Toyota first, as we were able to get the car I wanted, get financed, and all in about 3 hours total! Great showroom, LOTS AND LOTS of inventory, and great service. I live almost 100 miles away, and trust me, it was worth the drive! Do yourself a favor and go here first...you wont be disappointed!

Jose del Solar made our car purchasing experience very pleasant and stress free. As soon as we arrived and gave Jose our input on the vehicle type we were looking to purchase, Jose narrowed our search to 3 possible vehicles. Jose drove us to the car, showing us how big Longo Toyota is and the many vehicles we had to choose from. We knew then that we had picked the right dealership. Jose offered us to test drive the car. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase on our first visit. I thought about the style, gas per mileage, and cost of the vehicle for a couple of days. Jose called me soon after and that helped me decide, that very day; that I wanted the car and I also wanted Jose to be our dealer. I returned for the vehicle the same day Jose made the follow-up phone call. When we arrived, Jose had all the paperwork filled out for me and I just had to provide a little more info and sign the papers. Going above and beyond; after all the paperwork was done, Jose took the time to set-up my phone to bluetooth. This is my third Toyota vehicle, and this has been by far, the best car buying experience ever!

I typically dislike nearly everything about the car buying experience, preferring to go through fleet sales via my credit union. However, I found myself at Longo this past weekend looking for a used car for my son and had a positive outcome. Jose Del Solar was courteous, accommodating, and helpful. He was informative, without being pushy. We were able to get the car we wanted at a reasonable price without having to spend hours haggling. It was a very efficient process. The reason why I didnt purchase vehicle from this dealership was because I would looking for a specific type of vehicle that at the time, they did not have in stock. But I did inquire about one online and I received a call back immediately and I did receive follow up information about the vehicle that I inquired about. I am writing a good review because I contacted other dealerships and didnt receive good follow up and my overall experience about an inquiry here was good. Second car we have purchased from Longo. Always a great selection to choose from and friendly, competent employees. Neil Polzin helped us get into our 2014 Camry about two years ago and he helped answer several more questions via email for our second purchase. Once arriving at Longo last Sunday, Neil wasnt working that day. Instead, we worked with his partner, David Reyes who really made us feel at home and without pressure. David had answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very knowledgable about the product. There is a reason why we drive over 65 miles one way to purchase our cars and we will definitely be coming back to Longo for our next one.

I bought a used car from them, very happy with the car. All the folks were helpful- I initially spoke to a guy named Jeff by phone who had compiled all the data on a few cars I had seen in their online inventory, and handed me the info when I walked in. I ended up with David as my sales person, who was nice and strait forward. He made the purchase process just matter of fact. Paid a little more than I wish I had, but still a fair deal for the Camry Hybrid XLE I got. I very much plan to use this dealership in the future, and recommended them already to friends and family. My mother bought our 1994 Toyota Camry and it has run great for over 22 years. I just went back to replace the car (although its still running) with a Camry hybrid and so far I love it just as much. Fred Williams was very courteous and friendly and was even nice enough to bring the price down for me when applicable.The whole process itself was a little long, but it was my first time buying a car, so I have nothing to compare it to. First time purchasing a new car and I was pretty nervous about it. I am not really... a car person, but thanks to Tony Hua, my experience was painless. Tony was able to walk me through the application process one step at a time. I had so many questions, and Tony answered every one of them without sounding condescending. My Mistake, I should have bought a Honda! Had three significant issues poorly fixed by Longo and by Toyota inspector. Complained to TMS but was told they stood by their dealer. Wrote to Longos owner and was told the Customer service director would contact me she never did but told TMS she had. Issues were with front drivers seat cushioning failing only after 3 years (Longo put a patch and charged TMS about $80 when they were supposed to replace the cushioning), arm rest that broke but was told by Toyota inspector its not for resting the arm, and noise from front dash was not fixed the first time. They refused to repair it the second. The 4th fix was again at TMS courtesy, the rear hatch was misaligned after 3 years. I was told by a tech that happens regularly to the highlanders. So sorry I bought a Toyota especially from Longo. BUY A HONDA!

We ended up getting the 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD. Like in the movie the "Godfather", Tony Hua made us an offer that we could not refuse! It was loaded with "the works" and a price that we could afford. My family and I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE this vehicle. Tony Hua made all the difference! From the time we called him up, saw and test drive the car, Tony worked with us to govern our needs and budget rather trying to upselling us on features that we did not need.
