I am a first time buyer and it was very stressful looking for the perfect car for me. UNTILL! I saw the Honda commercial. I was let me go see what Honda at downtown is all about. I met Mili. She was awesome. She showed me the cars and gave me details about the cars. When i had questions she answered them even though somethimes i think i asked the same question again and again But beacuse it was such a great deal. She was never pushy about the sale.. I told her what i needed and what my budget was.. She showed me my options and Bing! Bing! Bing! The bell went and Wooohooo! I went with my new 2017 Honda civic LX. I am suppers happy and in love with my car and would gladly recomend friends and family to meet up with Mili and Downtown Honda.

"Would Not Recommend"
I went into this dealership hoping to leave in a used car, but instead I found myself in a place where the people who worked there made it clear they did not care to be selling. The sales person was not trying or even looked like he cared to be doing his job. This made me lose confidence in purchasing a car. If this person didnt care to be there, why would they even care about making this a smooth process for me. I informed the salesman of my budget and need to stick to it, which was a completely fair offer considering invoice price and holdbacks, but was simply addressed with a smirk. Well, thats a great way to make me feel even more confident and great about my possible purchase. I understand they are there to sell, but a little courtesy is much appreciated. I would not recommend coming to this place. Take your money elsewhere, where they will at least treat you with a little courtesy.

November 2016 I took my car in for service to fix a power steering fluid leak. Spent OVER $400 to replace the pump (as they said this was where the leak is coming from) one month later its still leaking. Ive refilled my power steering fluid once already. Took it back early December 2016 and they told me I need to replace a $5 rubber "O" ring on the high hoes. They couldnt replace it because it wasnt in stock at the time. Talk about a complete waste of time. Paid over $400 to still have the same problem. THUMBS DOWN! Mind you I work in the valley and the commute is not the best.

I wrote to them requesting a CarFax for a CPO vehicle. They did not get the CarFax for me and instead gave me the run around. It was a waste of time. They did not focus on my request and instead they talked about something else. Their main goal is to only get information from you and getting you to come to the dealership.

Went to at least 6 different honda dealership and got a great offer with 2 of them. Then i called honda downtown and spoke to A sales person name David Choi. This guy is awesome! I told him what Im looking for and the deal i wanted and he asked me to come by and see him and he said that i wont be disappointed! The guy actually came to work on his day off just to meet us. He gave me the deal i cant resist! But, i didnt stop there and ask david if i can speak to his sales manager Mr. Dan Gene! Man, Dan is A great guy and so easy to talk to! He gave us even lower out the door price and gave us everything i wanted in the car more than i expected! Even the other honda sales manager cant compete with the price so We came home with 2017 The Accord EX-L! Mr. Dan Gene gave us his personal cell number just incase we run into some problem with the car! We will definitely come back to see these guys this November so we can get better deal again on the pilot we are planning on getting! I highly Recommend this dealership! They took really good care of us! 5 Stars!

I contacted them by phone and e-mail, and by internet chat. They had a car I wanted. They had an asking price. I made them an offer. Their internet site had a place to make an offer. They did not counter the offer with nothing else except list price and then ignored my inquiries. I have since purchased from another accommodating dealer. After I bought the other car at a very good price, I looked up the car I was interested in at their dealership and saw they still had it in stock. No recommendation from me for their sales department. Their sales manager, when I talked to those that answered the phone, stated that "He is busy, hell call you when he is free." He/she never called, must be nice to be so successful and "not free" that you dont need to negotiate with customers and even respond with a phone call.

Mr. Salazar also informed me that the technician had spotted an additional problem with my vehicle and Mr. Salazar explained the seriousness of the matter. Based on his knowledge i authorized the additional repair.

Scott Goldner and the rest of the team who helped me (Sailyn & Albert) were so amazing every step of the way. I came to Downtown Los Angeles Honda after a horrible experience at Honda of Hollywood and there was a night and day difference between the two dealerships in regards to the entire experience. I had researched the 2015 Honda Fit for 2 months and Scott was the first salesman who knew more about the car than I did, and I had visited 5 other dealerships before coming to Downtown LA Honda! I was so impressed by Scott and both he and Sailyn put me completely at ease throughout the whole process. When Sailyn told me that they couldnt get me the exact Fit that I wanted, he told me he would crunch the numbers and try to get me the higher model Fit for the same deal I had before. I wasnt so sure, but then he showed me the deal he could do and I was blown away by how close it was to my original deal. He didnt pressure me whatsoever and I really felt that both Sailyn and Scott had my best interest at heart and that this wasnt just about selling a car for them. I really really appreciated the amount of careful detail that went into helping me have an amazing experience at Honda of Downtown Los Angeles. The location is great, every single person I met was very courteous and nice. I will absolutely be back for service and when Im ready to get a new car. Ive already referred a few friends as well! While I arrived at service during a busy period on Saturday afternoon, I was helped by a woman (I dont remember her name) who took my info and service request (simple oil change and maintenance). I explained I had only two and half hours of time and asked if I could make it. She assured me I had plenty of time and the service would only take a little less than an hour. I was with my son and sure enough, as promised, my car was ready. She was very sweet, kind and very friendly. I felt at home and she was genuinely concerned for me and my car. It would be a great pleasure to come back to a friendly familiar face again.

Everyone I spoke to at Honda of Los Angeles were upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable; from Jasmine, who answered the phone, to the sales managers Liz and Jessie, to Sailyn who worked with me on the sale of my new 2015 Honda Fit EX, and Tanya in finance. I was in a car accident, which left me with a totaled car. I was rattled and stressed about about being in the accident, as well as figuring out how to replace my old car. Up until now I had never purchased a brand new car. I was dreading the car buying process. Honda of LA DTLA made it way less painless than I anticipated. Everyone was supportive, and patient with my endless number of questions. My experience with Honda was awesome. I love my new car!

Until I just happened to walk in to this dealership, I had no idea how competitively Honda cars are priced, and I ended up purchasing a car! The sales person, Troy Watkins, took the time to show me several cars and also allowed me to test drive several. I never felt pressured to buy, and truly felt like I was being heard.
