Had not planned to finalize a lease on Sat. however, the sales staff and lease manager met every request that I asked for, were friendly, courteous and demonstrated that they were committed to giving me a superior experience.

Best experience I have had, at a dealership. Yury Angolenko internet sales specialist and his Sales manager Sven, are amazing people and smart business men, when it comes to closing a deal. They got the job done however my car was a bit of a mess upon return. There was a huge bug inside (dead) and some plastic bags everywhere. Also the exterior of my car was filthy like it was left under a gutter or something. So far so good with the repair through, hopefully nothing else will be an issue. Over all customer service from Johnny and Arman was great.

SUPERIOR SERVICE and PRICES! VW of Van Nuys BEAT all of the other dealers offers, including GALPINS!! I was shopping for, and did ultimately purchase, a Passat from Van Nuys, and their price beat the lowest bid I had from Galpin by $500!! The agent, Artem Dasov, worked super hard to make the deal happen and even offered to bring the car to me with the papers ready to be signed! He was persistent, friendly, nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I told him I was coming with two small kids so he had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign. This is no acceptable, I brought my WV Jetta like 4 months ago and I the tale the car for inspection, when I brought my car I but the more expensive warranty the have I guess is the platinum. After that the person who take my car call me and told me my car need a alingment and change the tires, but I told the decision to way, and they charger me $130.00 dollars only for the inspection. My conclusion is why I have to pay for something than suppose the dealer have to do for free to all the costumers of WV.
