"Jeep Renegade Sport"
Purchased a Renagade the first week of June. Roy was excellent in showing us the different models available and their features. Going through the finance is never nice but this time it was worse than normal. I couldnt get a straight answer when I asked a question about the figures presented to me. Then comes the real disappointment. The radio did not work properly so we took it back to Moore. They surmised that the antenna was not installed and rapidly put one on. We again discovered that the radio was still not working properly. Upon our return it was a if the service people did not believe us and had to try it for themselves. The radio was said to be defective and would be ordered. Delivery would be in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I stopped by to see when we could get the radio replaced and was told it was on back order. I waited another 2 weeks and was told that they didnt know when it would be in since they have had so many defective radios in the Renegade. I was finally able to get the radio replaced the last week of Sept., only to find the new radio was about as bad the original. Once again they have to go through the diagnosis and the surmised that the antenna must be defective. It took 2 days to replace the antenna & base to only find the radio is even worse than before. It is now October and the radio is still not working. To say the least, I am totally discouraged with the service I have received.

Everyone knows the process of buying a vehicle can be dreadful! My experience at Jeep Moore on Bell was anything but that! I have been to every Jeep dealership in Phoenix searching for the best Jeep at the best Rate and they had it! Hank , my salesperson, kept in touch with me every step of the way! Even after I bought the Jeep which is unheard of! He was patient and gracious and I would recommend him to anyone! Their entire work staff is actually very friendly and fun to be around ! Spencer honored a deal he had made me prior which most dealerships wouldnt do! Evan is the absolute best finance director around! Hes charismatic and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes! I would highly recommend a Jeep in general! Ive had small cars my entire existence, but this by far is my favorite vehicle! They made it easy and hassle free! Go buy a Jeep!!!! Buy it from Moore!!! You wont regret it!

This is the best car shopping experience Ive ever had. Everyone was helpful, kind, informative and I felt that I could trust them when asking questions about my purchase. Our sales people Jim and Rick were great, as well as the manager Spence. Casey our finance person make sure that we understood everything about the loan and the extended warrantee I purchased. Not only did your sales staff IGNORE me when I walked into your dealership, your salesman that finally helped me , laughed when I explained my situation. I dont appreciate it, I would hate to assume that my age or other demographic information contributed to the treatment I received, but I have to wonder. I applied on line through your dishonest preapproval method that was given NO CONSIDERATION when I visited your dealership. I understand gimmicks, but that is ridiculous.

I stopped in this dealership expecting a typical high-pressure/sell-you-anything experience and I was totally wrong. Hank was the salesperson who helped me find a vehicle for my wife and I had no idea that I would happen into a more valuable partner for purchasing a vehicle. Hank gave me guidance on many vehicle options and even took me to the back lot where more of the vehicles had yet to be detailed or had just come in on trade. If all salespeople were as customer-committed as Hank (in any industry), any company would experience greater customer loyalty. When I went to secure financing with the Moore team, I was not pressured into any bad deals and they didnt shop my credit around to a bunch of nameless financial institutions. I asked them not to do that, and before the words got out of my mouth- two folks responded "we dont do that here". Fabulous and honest!! Highly recommend!

"Easy Hassle Free"
Went in to look at Chrysler 300 we saw online and we were met by Chris Wesley. He was very knowledgable about the car and took us out for a test drive. Very personable, not the stereotype car salesman at all. Negotiations were brief with only one visit back to the sales manager. We were a long way apart and decided we would go to the other dealership. DJ the sales manager decided to more than meet us halfway on the out the door price and we bought a super clean Chrysler at a very good price. thank you Chris and DJ.

I went to this dealership with my fiancé to purchase a Jeep Renegade. Hank was our salesman and the manager, Spencer, worked very hard to meet our budget for purchase. I went to a lot of dealerships when I was shopping for a pre-owned vehicle and encountered a lot of hassles. Moore Chrysler Jeep was the only dealership who showed me the car I came in to see and who didnt pressure me at all. They didnt try to sell me a new car when I was interested in a used car. Ryan, the salesperson who helped me is a mellow, helpful guy and he worked with me to get me a great deal and fair financing. Its never easy to purchase a vehicle, but Ryan made it as smooth as he could. He even drove through rush hour traffic to pick me up from work to finalize the deal>
