the work they did on my car was poor they told me I needed brakes which I didnt get because they charged me over 1000 dollars to fix a cylinder unbelievable what a joke and arguing with the service manage got me no where and I had to pay the bill anyway but guess what I wont be doing business with them ever again I took my car to another ford down the road and they told me my brakes were fine. My advice to anyone who goes there for service total rip offs not worth the time or money

As always I am very satisfied with the services. I was kept informed throughout the repairs about price and what needed to be done. I used the complimentary shuttle service which was swift. I didnt have to wait long. The premises are clean and everybody is courteous. I took the expired insurance card and threw away the correct one. Customer service offered to contact the insurance company and have them send a recent copy of the card. They go above and beyond for their customers at Kennedy Ford.

Called Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville for 2 recalls I had for my 2004 Ford Escape. They were very efficient and was able to drop car off 2 days later. It was done in a couple hrs. Service was very good. I would go there again.

Staff very helpful. I am recovering from a stroke and my car needed service. They came and picked it up and did the work. Then, they brought it back to me when done. Tim is great. I have dealt with him for years. He should get a great raise. !!!!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil chg and tire rotation and first I was really surprised by the cost of $39.95 for BOTH!!!! Then while me and my husband was there I asked him to just put a part (a bulb) in my car so my husband could put it in to save the cost of labor, upon completion the tech put it in for FREE!!!! Then I asked Tim to blow out my drain tubes in my sunroof because it was dripping water into my floorboards and he got the body shop to blow them out for FREE!!! I have worked in a service dealership for about 11 years and I was VERY satisfied of the work AND time (Tim said 1 and a half and he called me in 1hr) it took for them to get done with BABE (my trucks name). Please keep up the great work and I WILL BE BACK for my front brake job :) Please pass this onto your coworkers or read it to your managers you guys have a great team.

Excellent response time. Tim, who I spoke to as I was getting my car on a flatbed tow, double-checked with me to see if my transmission was still covered by the manufacturer warranty. They took care of the TCM fix as well as notifying me of any service due and the condition of my brakes and tires. Very appreciative! First couple of days with the new TCM it seemed a little tight but it has since seemed to relax and drives like before. Unfortunately that includes the occasional shudder which might be the clutch still slipping. Ill have to get in touch and see if this is normal.

2010 Escape wrench light came on and then the engine light came on the next time it was started. Took car to Phoenixville John Kennedy Ford with no appointment. They fixed the problem, faulty throttle body, and had the vehicle ready that afternoon. Best of all it was covered under the vehicle warranty.

I was hoping to not just find excellence in service for my vehicle, but in customer service as well. At Kennedy/Phoenixville, I was not disappointed. Im not looking forward to more repairs, but when they become necessary, I know where I am going.

Really nice people to work with........well wasnt so thrilled about the finance guy. He kept saying we are giving the car away, not making any money on it. Customers dont want to hear that crap. He just had a bad sense of humor. Really really liked the other guy, tall fellow. Sits in front office by front door. Was very down to earth and really worked with us to get price I could afford. Would highly recommend everyone to see him! (I am so sorry that I cant remember his name off the top of my head). The only other down side was our salesman was new (his first week) and didnt know about the car. Really nice guy though!
