I was told the hood would be painted to match the original color of my Red Chevy Camaro and it WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. The hood is dark and the original color is fire engine red. Sloppy unprofessional job. Do it right the first time and I will never complain. My car is not a pinto treat it and me with respect especially since you were PAID IN FULL UP FRONT

I had the best salesman - his name was Fred Falcon-Senior Sales Consultant at Faulkner Hyundai, 11500 Roosevelt Blvd, Phila, PA 19116. He was excellent. I totally enjoyed buying the car from him. Plus I LOVE the car. He made it so easy for me to complete the transaction. I hope he will still be there in 3 years when my lease is up. I would so go back to him again in a minute and I would for sure recommend him to others who are interested in Hyundai cars.

I had picked a car to purchase. The dealership brought the car to my mechanic for a used car purchase inspection. The car was sold that night. I was never asked to put a deposit down. I spent a lot of time looking for a car and to have the one I chose sold was very disheartening. The dealership corrected the issue by selling me a car with the same extras, as first car, with less milage for almost same price. The actions of not holding the car for me that I clearly was interesting in buying does keep a negative feel in back of mind. All employees I worked with were professional and helpful throughout the buying process. I would use dealership in future because they corrected their mistake

I waited to submit my review to see how I felt about my purchase once the "new" feeling wore off. I just made my 3rd payment on my car and I can honestly say Im still as pleased with my purchase now as I was the day I made it. I researched a lot of dealerships and nobody came close to the price I paid for such low miles. As for the buying experience, it was a no pressure process. Everyone at the dealership were consummate professionals. Especially, John Concha who listened to what I wanted and help me find the perfect fit.

We purchased a new Tucson in April and my only regret is that I didnt go for more options. But this basic model is just fine, rides smoothly with good kick when needed and good mileage. I do wish it came with HD radio standard, as with some other brands. The sales and service people are excellent: friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped another brand from whom I purchased three vehicles because they in fact played games pumping up service costs and complaints to the company went ignored. So far our experience with Faulkner and Hyundai have been just the opposite: excellent.

5 hours at dealership is a bit much. Make process a little shorter. This particular dealership needs to think of the way the desks are placed so that the employee and customer do not have the BRIGHT SUN in their face and eyes for 5 hours. Otherwise all was very good
