We went to look at the 2004 Lightning SVT and like described in the add it was perfect . Our salesman Steve Ahern was very helpful and personable. He took the time to talk to us and make us feel at home. Overall it was a extremely quick and easy process. We thought we might have to come back the next day because we went to dealership late at night but to our surprise we drove it home that night, boy were we glad since we traveled 70 miles to Springfield Ford Lincoln dealership. Buying a used car. They tried to tack on mandatory fees for processing our Title and plates even though we were taking care of that ourselves. "Dealership Policy". Made no sense. When we pressed the issue they said they would rather we walk away than waive the fee. So we did.

Service specialist John did a great job communicate with my warrenty company which allowed everything to go smoothly. Service Manager Mike explained the overall problem in detail which made me feel comfortable. The expert Lincoln service mechanic was the best, and highly knowledge in fixing the problem. Allen Ubaldini and the finance manager (Dustin) really came through for us. My wife and I wanted to trade in 2 cars to get a Flex and a Fusion. Allen and the finance manager worked with us to get us the monthly payment range we could afford. They were also very nice and friendly to our 8 year old daughter, who was there with us the entire time. So they are definitely a family oriented environment. I just purchased a car for my mother. The folks at Springfield couldnt have been more helpful. I scoured the internet for a Ford Escape and narrowed my choices to a few vehicles. I clicked on the link for a 2014 Escape and requested that someone at the dealership call me asap. In less than 30 seconds I reviewed a phone call from Remy who couldnt have been nicer. He set me up with an appointment, and I arrived at the dealer 20 minutes later. I was greeted by Bob Williams. If youre looking for a car, see Bob! Seriously, I have worked with countless salesmen over the years (I purchase a new car every 12-24 months, might be a problem!), and I can tell you Bob is one of the most friendly, and straight shooting guys Ive met. Hes worked at Springfield longer than Ive been buying cars ( Sorry Bob! Not trying to show your age). After a bit of back and forth in negotiations, we settled on a price, and my Mother is going to be quite pleased. The paperwork was speedy, and I walked out that night with a great car, at a great price! Her new car is a certified pre-owned, but youd swear its new!
