The comfort of the waiting room. The area was spacious and divided in areas for those wanting to watch sports, news or talk shows as well as space for those that wanted space to read or use laptops. They also offered a area to purchase something to eat. Very nice atmosphere.

Talking to manager Avery was great. With Ron it was frustrating because he kept pressuring me to not get the Camry LE hybrid 2018 I wanted with all the extra features I desired to have added, like the audio upgrade, moonroof, blindspot, on display etc. Am glad I listened to him and got the cheaper one with no added features because that allowed me to add most of the warranty options later. The financial reps were great, took their time and didnt pressure or rush me.

Your service personnel usually offers professional guidance and likewise service. I arrive at the Service Area on a late afternoon on Friday, three hours before closing, and from the Arrival area to the Service area everyone was floating around, aside form the only person who saw me standing for 2o minutes in an empty space looking at 3 people that were behind the counters (some walked in an out in slow motion) without NOT paying attention that there was a customer in front of them. Luckily, this young lady - the only one really working - assured me of her help as soon as she finishes what she had to do, which she did, apologizing for my standing up for so long - (Im al older guy and my feet hurt)/ Probably it was after 5pm and no one really cared.
