We were looking for an Outback, since our internet research led us to believe it would meet our needs. We were greeted warmly by two women at the front desk, who told us they would call a salesman and invited us to sit down. Before we even sat down, the salesman, Cody, greeted us. I purchased a forester XT; the staff (all ...from the svc rep who mentioned I might really want to look at the upgrade program when I brought my outback in for service, to the sales rep, the sales manager and finally the finance mgr.). The entire staff was patient, and thorough in my understanding of options and choices. The sales and finance people especially, stressed the need to fit the car to the person..being clear that it was vital to them to be assured of the fit. Heard the words before, but in this experience I actually felt that they BELIEVED it was important. Very impressed with the very accommodating staff. You have won my endorsement.

They have been good to us when we bought our used crv . Nick was the sales man So gracious. Every body was so Kind. Yes I m a sales rep for ibs. So I under stand having to make money . But I could tell this was more than about the money . They were really authentic. And my wife has been back with her car already . For Normal check ups. I just was up set on Monday 5 th. My wife took me honda pilot . To have the work I needed done.. the person she was dealing with was very rude. Yes my wife has a,per man at head injury . She is scatter thinking an has anxiety . And lost of hearing in one ear. What cost us 800.00 I could have had it done at my device man for 350. 00. They are not a rip off. I just think it was high price . But at least I got it done. 800.00 I dont have. But anyway. I would still say go here . They are honest. But when dealing with people . Under stand . That some people had anxiety issues head injury. You have to be patient with then take them to a place sit them down give them water. Talk Calmly . To them. And see what else they need. But no excuse to be rude to my wife. I dont think I will bring my car there any more but I will my wifes car. They did a good job honest.. but I will use my own mechanic. So I love them dont get me wrong. If you want integrity this is the place. . If money was no problem I would go to them all the time. But u cant be spending that kind of money. All the time .

I was very pleased with my experience purchasing my first car at Ciocca Subaru! I was put in a tight spot after realizing my old Ford would not pass inspection and I needed a new car before the month was up. My mechanic recommended Ciocca Subaru and I completely understand why! The best part of my experience was my salesman, Milton. Despite it being his first week on the job, Milton walked me through all of my options like a pro and made me feel at ease despite my sticky situation. And instead of taking advantage of the fact that I am 24 and know nothing about cars, he encouraged my father to come in with me so that he could talk with him about all the details I was unsure about to make sure all of my wants and needs were met. THAT meant a lot, especially since I have had mechanics overcharge me in the past simply because they knew I didnt know any better about my car and what certain services were worth. "Run As Fast As You Can Away From Ciocca Subaru"

Horrible experience!! Two appointments and the problem is still not fixed. I made an appointment for the first visit. Waited 1-1/2 hours for 15 minutes of work. Parts were ordered and I was instructed to make a second appointment. I was informed that the parts were not delivered when picking up the car from the second appointment. Run as fast as you can away from this dealer!!!!!

"How Hard To Do Oil Change Properly?"

Took car in for oil change. Get home and have a puddle of oil on the floor the next morning. How hard is it to put the drain plug in properly. Not very good service. No quality control or checks.

"Took Far To Long."

I brought the 2016 Legacy in that I own for its annual inspection. After an hour I was told that was done and that the only thing else the could recommend was rotating the tires. I said OK. It took another hour. That is unacceptable. I wont be bringing the car back for any servicing in the future unless it is warranty work. Two hours to do an inspection on a 1 year old car and rotate the tires. Give me a break. They werent that busy.

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our first vehicle at Ciocca Subaru, and we have Edwin Salazar to thank for that. He is very engaging and knowledgeable. He is not pushy or loud or aggressive, like something youd imagine a car salesman to be. In fact it was a very welcoming environment overall, and extremely clean. Edwin went above customer service, even printing out our two year old daughters favorite cartoon for her to color. Also fist bump to Jake over in the finance department who answered all of our questions and went over everything thoroughly to help us understand what everything meant. Great staff, and thanks again Edwin, you made it well worth the four hour drive to Ciocca.

I bought my 2017 wrx in july with 5 miles on it i brought it back 3 month later for an oil change 1 they stripped my oil pan 2 never fixed my tire that needed to be fix (other reason i went down). They told me that my tires would fail inspection if i was to go for one ( 4300 miles on the car at this time) the guy told me to bring it back down and they will replace them at there expenses. Now i call back thay guy doesnt work their anymore and now they wont honor what i was told. I thought this was a good place to buy a car i guess i was wrong they dont stand behind there customers nor do they make sure you are put into a reliable and safe vehicles.

I had a very hard time there. I dealt with a lot of people and I do not like that. The finance guy was a 1 start. He was just pushy and actually mad that I would not get my car serviced there. Ray the guy who made it possible is the man to go to right off the bat. Im giving you a good heads up by telling you that. Sales was distracted and disappointing. Kyle was also very understanding of my issues and answer email immediately. the place was huge. I mean huge and they have more than Subarus there . Quite a few different dealerships in one place. but dont think you going to go from one to the other unless you are a strong person. I let people push me around and I believe what they say and thats what got me into trouble.

The facility is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The only negative was how long it took to pick up the car. The financing department, while very thorough, took way too long. I was at the dealership for 3 hours to drop off my trades and pick up the new car and this was after having the trades valued in advance. Overall, Ciocca offers highly trained staff and a truly unique package for car care even if you dont purchase the extras.
