"Time For A New Suv - And An Acadia/denali!! Again"
It happened so quickly, I decided on Friday that I was ready for a new Acadia/Denali -- Four years ago we just migrated to Alexander/Bloomsburg -- and for no particular reason (other than we have friends just south of Sunbury and head in this direction frequently) we stopped at the Sunbury - Alexander facility -- on Saturday, March 18 -- We were greeted at the door by a young salesman, Nate Burgos -- he had such a clean approach to sales -- and immediately I explained that whatever he presented - there would be no decision made TODAY - through the whole process he detailed every feature on the Acadia/Denali -- and I loved all the new features that did not exist on my 2013 Acadia -- but still it took me the entire weekend to finally decide that the SUV was everything I needed -- Several things helped in the decision -- and lets not laugh -- it was a cold day on that Saturday and Nate had me in the drivers seat with the heated seats (that I am very familiar with) and the heated steering wheel that I had never experienced -- WOW !!! That was great -- He just smiled when I was so very excited with such a simple extra!!! He detailed all the features that I was not familiar with -- and must admit - will take time until they all SINK IN !!!!! My husband and I have purchased many vehicles -- most of them have been GM products and most have been from an Alexander dealership -- The Sunbury facility offers such a relaxed atmosphere and all the staff presented such professionalism -- I will definitely give them a 5 -- and a 6 if possible to Nate!!!

My car buying experience was great and everyone was extremely customer oriented. This is my second car purchase from this dealer and I will be back again. My salesman (Matt) followed up with me several times to assure that all of my questions were answered and I was satisfied with my purchase. A design flaw was identified and I brought the vehicle in for service. Nate and the service team were great and kept me informed every step Ofthe way. Although they couldnt totally resolve the Issue at this time they did everything they could to listen to my concerns and address them to the best of their ability.
