Although she is determined to reach her goal of 500,000 miles on her twelve year old car , she is delighted with her new Patriot. Stared as a great experience, they worked really hard to get me into a car, and a car I actually wanted...But then found out theres a tiny crack in windshield and was told Ill have to take care of it (did say they would reimburse not not really on top of their stuff). Then they didnt even get my actual registration until day 44 of my temp registration. So I had to drive around for a week with an invalid temp registration. Not cool.

I came in down and out seeking a used car asap, mine had literally died..Mike (financial rep) would not let me leave the parking lot with my unsafe car (and I am pregnant) so he kindly sent me home in a loaner free of cost considering my dire situation that evening! I was so impressed with his generosity! Tony Vasquez was just as kind, both going above and beyond to help me find a decent used car. The next day it was brought to my attention Mike found the perfect car for me with low monthly car payments I could afford! When I came back that evening, returning the loaner that Mike lent me for FREE, my new car was there waiting for me and that is what I drove home In! Before I left Tony Vasquez spent at least 20 minutes showing me the ins and outs of the vehicle, helping me connect my blue tooth and showing me where all the lights and buttons etc were located, he took time out of his night to walk me through stuff when his shift had already ended! Again, Mike DAngelo also truly went to bat for me spending hours negotiating and talking to various banks, sifting through cars..knowing my price range and getting me the perfect deal.
