"Untrustworthy Salesperson"
Horrible experience that Im paying for now! Was told they would take car of the rest of my parents from old lease and reassured multiple times ! Now my credit has been affected because I was told I missed multiple payments from old dealership and Nissan didnt pay ! After trying to call Nissan many times and never get someone on the phone or a call back , I am extremely disappointed !

I bought a car from Kyle Price at the end of the summer and forgot to leave a review. But I just went back to get a second car key and received great service AGAIN, so I was reminded to finally write something. The day I bought my car I walked in and was welcomed by Kyle who was super nice and down-to-earth and not pushy in the least. It was an easy purchase because the exact used car I was looking for was on the lot, so it was kind of a no-brainer. But it was the end of the day and even though there was tons of paperwork for the purchase and the loan, new plates, insurance, etc., the process was so incredibly smooth and I left my old car and drove out with my new one within a couple of hours. It honestly was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience Ive ever had. I had to email Kyle for a couple of things since and he was always very responsive and super nice. I just had to go back to get a second key made and some minor work (like a new brake light) and that was also a very nice experience. Everyone Ive encountered at the dealership has been incredibly friendly and willing to work with me. I would highly recommend them and particularly Kyle.

Absolute horrible service. Felt very uncomfortable with the way the staff was treating me, as if my presence there did not matter to them in the least bit. Told me they were "too busy" to answer my questions because it was a Saturday. Do yourself a favor and drive to a Nissan dealership in Nassau county before you spend your time with these folks.

Dropped car off for simple oil change at 8:30 am as instructed. Called multiple times to check on status---no answer. Arrived back at dealership 5 hours later and car was not touched. No apology was offered. All I got was a stupid look of surprise and indignation as to why i would be upset. Eight months ago had problem with vehicle and asked for loaner vehicle while it was being looked at so I could get to work. No vehicles available but was told they would call when one was available. Im still waiting for the call 8 months later. No idea on customer relations. Mechanics are fine, front desk---terrible. Stay away.

I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan rogue, from riverhead hyundai with a lot of issues and due to my low credit score all of the issues cannot be fixed. The vehicle was not properly checked before I picked it up. I have yet to receive the title for this particular vehicle. Really dont understand why my credit score has to do with the vehicle getting the dents fixed when I didnt dent the vehicle.

I called this dealership looking to purchase a 2014 f250 truck. I live two hours away and explained that I had a trade in. I spoke with Paris first. I asked if they could give me a low ball figure for my trade in prior to taking the trip. She said its not a problem and I should have the numbers by the end of the day. I waited two days and called her. She stated she was surprised no one had gotten back to me. She promise she would call back immediately. After another day I did not receive a call. I called the dealership again and spoke with Kyle. He apologized and said he would get back to me. I did not receive a call. I then left a message with the manager Mike and again did not receive a call or email. This dealership needs to work on its customer service. I really wanted to purchase this vehicle. -Tim

I purchased a new 2012 hybrid sonata late spring of 2013. I was told and according to the sticker sticker I would be getting upwards of 38 highway miles to the gallon, I was getting 26 to 28 mtg,the same as my 2006 Toyota Camry. When i told the service manager about this he told me it was the gas I was getting in riverhead, I dont live or work in riverhead, I dont by gas there either. He also told me that the digital readout of miles per gallon is crap and I shoud calculate the miles per gallon "old school". There was a situation with hyundais hybrids and were giving customers who purchased their hybrids gas cards to make up the difference in gas savings they were receiving but onlynif you purchased the car before November 2012, so I am not eligible for any savings. I paid extra for their hybrid for nothing, no one would hrlp me not even their customer service number. I wasted a lot of time calling and arguing with them, no one cared. I told the saleswere not getting the car handled terrible in the snow and he told me the tires are not ment for our weather. I now need new tires, I have had this car for 18 months! BUYER BEWARE AND AVOID THIS DEALER. AM WRITING THIS KNOW BECAUSE THEY SENT ME A POSTCARD TO TRADE IT IN.

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano from the Riverhead Dealership. Aside from the quality of the car, and the great price. I can sum up what I liked about the experience in two words, "the salesperson", Ms. Marlene Rodrigueuz. Ms. Rodriguez was very professional, pleasant, engaging, laid-back and accommodating. There was no pressure sales pitches regarding the car, and or any accessories. She was very knowledgeable about the product, the dealership, and confident and reassuring regarding the ongoing customer service that I would receive from Riverhead Nissan. Customers come in all shapes and sizes, and whats important to them varies from person to person. For some the price is the most important, for others its the experience and how they are treated, for myself is both. I am very satisfied with th price I paid for the car, and equally, if not more so, satisfied with the experience provided by Ms. Rodriguez, and the rest of the Riverhead Nissan Team. Regarding the other members of the team; I would like to add that my dealings with the finance manager, Mr. Walsh was a very good experience also. There were no hidden costs and/or surprises presented during this phase of the process, and my time with him. He was very patient and explained all of the various components of the transaction. He too was very respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Lastly, there was a young man by the name of Anthony who was called upon to remove glue from various parts of the car, that were missed in previous preparation. Anthony, did an outstanding job, removing all of the glue from the vehicle, in addition, without being prompted reviewed the rest of the vehicle, and cleaned the dust from vent/grill in the front and a few other places. It is the little things that count. I believe every customer, regardless of the amount of money spent on a vehicle, and or the type of vehicle wants to receive and experience their car in pristine condition, especially upon picking up the vehicle from the dealership, and that is what Anthony enabled me to do. He was also very knowledgeable about continued car care and provided me with a few tips. Overall, the team, Ms. Rodriguez, Mr. Walsh and Anthony, treated me with great respect, were very knowledgeable and engaging, and provided me with an outstanding experience. I have already referred someone to the dealership, and told them to ask for Mr. Rodriguez. Thank You, Thomas C.

My wife’s car battery is dead and towed to Riverhead Nissan dealer to repair. The car is in MA license plate and break down in NY, and my wife has no any knowledge about car. You know what happened next. A lot of unnecessary services were recommended and done. The invoice end up $808, only $315 is related to battery replacement. Others are replacing brake pads, flushing brake fluid et al.. This car brake system was just checked up in the Nissan dealer near my house. This was obviously a rip off.
