This place was quite a surprise compared to experiences I have had with other car dealers. Very friendly, professional, fast and no cheap sales tactics. Everything went so smooth and so fast. After agreeing on a super great price (I feel like they gave me the car!), I bet the manager that I would be waiting for hours to leave with the car. He laughed and told me to save my money because he would have me out of there in 45 minutes! He did. I actually loved coming to this dealer. The sales manager (Joe Gandhi) really has this place running perfectly. Believe me, I am a tough person to please, I will buy another car from this dealer within the next 12 months. Eagle Auto Mall is a best.

I came here with my friend to shop around for a used car, but both of the salesmen we encountered were rude, inattentive, and didnt seem to take us seriously. It was like our presence was a nuisance to them. Im not sure if it was because we are younger (mid 20s), but apparently we are not good enough to warrant a basic conversation. Were early on in our car search but we will definitely never consider Eagle Auto Mall for any future purchases.

This was our second vehicle from eagle auto Mall between 2007 and present. We purchased the Sedona in 2007 and loved it!! We had such an easy time there, that we knew we were going back again to get another car. We had Anthony, who took excellent care of us and was extremely patient with us. We purchased a 2015 Forte and are thrilled!! Jose in financing was great and helpful. Over the summer I brought I had some issues with the car and I was able to bring the car in within a few days. The service department was fantastic!! I had many questions and they easily answered them and even followed up with a call to see how the car was. So great!! Well we are now faced with the need of a second. At and we WILL be going straight to Eagle KIA and we recommend everyone to go there!!

After buying three luxury SUVs over the past seven years I decided to try the new Volvo XC 90. I read about it and went into Eagle to see what it was all about. I meet Andrew Platis who took care of my every need during the buying process. This is a new model for 2016 and Andrew went out of his way to make sure that my wife and I understood what we were buying. He never said anything bad about the competition but spoke positively about Volvo, its operational features and safety features. I visited a two other Volvo dealers and would say that Andrews approach to selling was to make us feel comfortable which was a little different then the other dealers. He never pressured us at any time to make a decision. The day of pick up Andrew spent two plus hours making sure that we understood the features (as best we could) that the car offered. When we left we felt comfortable that we had been trained by Andrew on how to operate all the features. I would also say the rest of the people we interfaced with (Roland the manager and Jose the finance guy) were great and very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Andrew and the rest of the Eagle people. After driving the Volvo for a week we love it. I WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS LOOKING FOR A CAR TO GO TO EAGLE AND SEE ANDREW.

After researching many cars and trucks and visiting many dealerships, I stopped at Eagle Kia to check out Kias and met Andrew Platis in sales. It was a great experience from the introduction to the final sale. Andrew was a refreshment in terms of salesman, He listened and never put any pressure on me or my wife to purchase a car. He was very accommodating and made me feel at home, including my wife and two young boys. After talking with many other salesman, Andrew was a real surprise. He was simply there to meet all my needs and answer any questions. He was positive about everything and NEVER put down the competition. Every else I went, other dealerships would trash the competitions vehicles and dealerships. Not Andrew, He took the high road and that went a long way with me. I told him I was also looking at a Scion Xb and Andrew said "Great Car. Toyota and Scion make great vehicles." This was the opposite of visiting Riverhead Toyota in which the salesman told me "Kias are a piece of garbage. Dont even waste your time going to see one or even drive one." Really? What a difference Andrew and Eagle Kia were compared to the other dealerships. We were walked through the entire process and every question was answered honestly. Andrew was there every step of the way and again, never on top of you or pressuring you. I would highly recommend Eagle Kia and without question Andrew Platis. If it were not for Andrew, I honesty dont think I would have bought a car during that time period. I would have waited until next year and start the process over again and hoped for the best. My wife and I were looking for a smaller SUV type vehicle and had gone to several competing dealers. At the end of the process we chose to buy a Mazda CX5. The car is awesome but the thing that really stands out in my mind was the salesman that worked with us. Andrew Platis is a salesman at Riverhead Eagle Auto Mall. Now you know that shopping for a new car can sometimes be a very stressful and negative experience. I was really amazed by the way I was greeted and handled by Andrew. I never felt pressured to buy the car. We went in and really made them jump through hoops. In fact we test drove three different cars and then left. Andrew was very polite and just asked us to let him know what we decided. After several days we decided on the Mazda CX5 and Andrew was right there to handle the deal. The price was outstanding and all I did was sit back while he did all of the work. The car is great, the experience was great and Andrew was great!!!. If your looking for a new car I would strongly recommend Andrew at Eagle Auto Mall in Riverhead. I know that I will be back!!!

He gave me a terrific price on exactly the car I wanted and promised it to me for the next day. Not only did Andrew spend a great deal of time on the phone with my insurance company, he kept me apprised of all steps in the process by email as the day progressed. Hours after the dealership closed, Andrew emailed me to remind me to bring certain documents with me the next day. This week I purchased a new Mazda from the Eagle AutoMall in Riverhead. To be honest, I intended to check out several dealerships before making my decision. As it turned out, I called Eagle AutoMall with some preliminary questions I had about the model I was interested in and spoke with Andrew P./Salsman. On the phone, I found him so helpful and sincere that I decided to indeed start my search with his dealership. I made an appointment later in the day and found Andrew listened to what was important to me and was very responsive without being aggressive. Solely based on the relationship that I felt was forged with Andrew - I then decided that this was the dealership where I would buy my car and that I needed to look no further. Additionally, when I met with Jose L., the Financial Manager to arrange for financing, he was so helpful in explaining everything and guiding me through the process and he worked with me to come up with the solution that worked best for me. I cannot thank him enough. Through the years, my husband and I have purchased many cars, and we are both in agreement that Andrew and Jose made this the most positive experience yet. I highly recommend this dealership and feel that we have been so warmly welcomed into the Eagle AutoMall Mazda family.

Secured a purchase price on a new volvo. Terms of my agreement to purchase were the agreed price and that they rate match my CRedit union or I would finance with them. I Went to pick up car and heres where things went wrong. Finance manager Jose Lopez couldnt explain the miss in the finance match blamed it on the salesperson Andrew Platis. Dealers get paid on financing from the banks. The higher the rate the better Yeild. So when Andrew blamed Jose and said he has nothing to do with "back there" it was obvious that greed was the motive here. In reviewing the finance Price of the car an extra 1000.00 could not be explained. In fact Jose lacked any sense of professionalism, and became combative and rude when asked for an explanation. What was extremely frustrating was prior to the pick up of the car several calls were made to me for license insurance etc. at no point was the finance rate match fail ever discussed. Then for them to try a fast one with the additional 1000 tack on! Let it be known that it is apparent how these guys operate. Unfortunately I didnt reference reviews prior to wasting my time at this dealership. Similar stories here and at dealerrater.com would have saved me time and aggravation. I walked out on the dealer. Additionally I have taken my experience one step further in order to effect the practices and unprofessional behaviors of the individuals that represent this dealership. I filed complaints directly with Volvo, consumer federal protection bureau, the Ny DA and BBB. I suggest those that have the same challenges do the same. And if history repeats itself like all the other bad reviews, these greed mongrels that try to prey on the unprepared will have legal recourse. My experience is well documented. AND WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHEVY

This dealer is deceiving and fraudulent. I was there on Saturday with my family and was looking at a specific vehicle, the salesperson opened the vehicle and myself and my family were very happy with it. We were given monthly lease and out of pocket amounts. I returned today, after 3 days looking to finalize and was told that the amounts given were for a 2014 model that we did not even see, not for the 2015 which we were interested in and the ONLY vehicle we saw that day. I was told that I could have a similar vehicle for more $2000 downpayment and an extra $150/month, and this vehicle did NOT HAVE LEATHER SEATS NOR NAVIGATION, NOR REAR ENTERTAINMENT. I was completely in disbelief by the lack of respect, professionalism and dishonesty at this dealership.
