Does it get any better?! I had only days left to my extended warranty. John made sure that I got the best deal to check most everything out. $69.99 synthetic oil change, 29 point exam included free, which led to... several items covered by my Fidelity extended warranty. Throw in a new hi-end low beam for 10% off, and bingo! Im on the road in two business days, good as... well, better than before! Did I say, "Thank you, John!" ???! And thank you Platinum VW! Brought my car in for service back in March and had an excellent experience. They fully inspect the and provide a video detailing any issues and what needs to be repaired. This is the first Ive experienced this type of service which made it comfortable knowing what was wrong without being there. I had to bring the car back again in June for a noise and they repaired the car quickly and worked with my third party warranty company with no issues. Another great aspect to this service shop is they do motorcycle inspections. This is definitely a one stop shop when you need your VW fixed and need a quick inspection for your bike. Steve and John are good guys and take care of their customers.

I cant say enough about how pleasant my experience with Platinum VW and especially Manny was. First off, their advertised price was their ACTUAL price. After visiting several other dealers, this was almost mind blowing. Then, Manny was very attentive, courteous, and just genuine. I never got the sense someone was trying to SELL me something or push things on me. He was genuinely trying to help my wife and I. That seems to be the vibe at Platinum. Nobody was anything close to pushy which was refreshing. I had ordered a 2015 4-Door GTI "S" with performance and lighting packages which is a pretty rare combo in may and waited until June for it to come in. Every time someone had contacted me they were extremely nice and helpful and especially patient as I work midnight shifts . Manny, Joe and Moses were all extremely helpful with my requests for the car everything I had asked for was taken care of. When the car finally came in late June they had called me on a Friday and said I could pick it up the next day. I asked if they could wait until the next Monday. I picked up my new Jetta SE on Tuesday and I have been raving about the super easy process and personalized customer service to all of my family, friends and co-workers ever since. This is my second purchase with Platinum Volkswagen. My first experience was with Joe (who has since been promoted - congrats Joe!) and this time around I had the pleasure of working with Danny. He listened to what I needed and wanted and over-delivered. I was able to fill out and send the financing application to Bill over the weekend and Danny and Joe worked out all the remaining details on Monday including contacting my car insurance company. When I arrived at Platinum VW after work on Tuesday, he had the new car waiting to drive off the lot. He sat in the car with me and explained all the new bells and whistles and had me try out the navigation system and Bluetooth to get a feel for the new features. While I was in Joes office, signing my paperwork, Danny moved my license plates and he was kind enough to move the few items I left in my car and place them into my new car - all in their proper places. I own 5 cars a bmw, Benz, Infiniti, Nissan and VW tiguan. out of all the cars the worst service ever experienced was at platnum VW. They lied to me saying they were looking at my car but the never did then told me a day later they had lost my keys. They didnt provide me with a loaner car and now are asking for my spare key to make a copy. How do I know they wont loose that key aswell. I get better service at the Nissan dealership. This is a terrible service department I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
