From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. Its no wonder Ive been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.

Would only recommend for purchase of vehicle. Not service. I went back with my new car thinking I would give it another try with the service dept and now I am inconvenienced again to spend another morning on my day off waiting for my car to be serviced because of a safety feature being disabled. Once with my 2014 Impala that never had the proper did of the dash radio functions and now my 2016 Malibue and the park assist. Very frustrating.

This is the second car I have bought/leased from this dealership and I couldnt be happier. I used to dread buying a new car. Its a new car!!! People should be excited about buying a new car, but going to dealerships always left me feeling dirty and ripped off. Robert Chevrolet gives the car buying experience new hope. I love this place and would never go elsewhere to buy another car. Professional, honest and courteous. Thats how business should be done and thats why people come back to Robert Chevrolet time after time to purchase a new car.

Cheryl and April took much time in rectifying the bad experience and set me up with Ricky who will more than likely be my salesperson for many vehicles to come.

I found him to be very professional, courteous, attentive to my needs, prompt in answering questions and in general, made the experience very pleasant. This contrasts drastically with the high pressure approach taken by one of Chevys competitors. I am also very happy with the Malibu Hybrid. It runs smoothly, gives me over 45 mpg and is a pleasure to drive.

I made an appointment in January for February 17 at 7:30 am for a NYS inspection. Because of my work schedule I informed the dealership that I would drop the car off the night before. By 1:50 pm on the 17th, I hadnt heard anything so I called to check the status and they had not begun working on my car. I got a ride to the dealer, and was told by my service adviser (Donald "Don" Beilinson) that all of the walk-ins that showed up were serviced first and he made the mistake of not realizing I had an appointment. After he realized his mistake he went on to say he didnt know when he would be able to get to my car (although I had a 7:30AM appointment). He spoke to me with a subtle but very rude undertone. I was annoyed to say the least, but left before escalating the situation. My car wasnt ready for another two hours. I dont know if its because Im young, African-American, or female but this is not my first negative experience with this dealership. I only used them for my inspection because they issued 3 free NYS inspections when I purchased the car. If my car still wasnt under warranty I would not have any dealings with this dealership. My family has purchased 9 Chevrolet vehicles over the years and 8 (including my car) from this dealership. However, this will be my first and last purchase from Robert Chevrolet. An earlier issue I had when I initially purchased my car was the dealerships failure to acknowledge and fix a problem I told them about. I had my mechanic (of 7 years whom I trust to tell me the ugly truth about my cars) check out my impala shortly after I bought it. He made me aware of several leaks, in particular a rack and pinion leak. This was on March 8, 2014. The next time I went to the dealer for work they wrote that they checked but found no rack and pinion leak on August 29, 2014. However, on July 15, 2015 the dealership found and serviced a rack and pinion leak that I brought to their attention more than a year prior.
