I had bought a used one here, and your service dept. is the best. I never had it soo easy,with car repairs, and numerous occurrences. I had to buy one from Stevens Ford. I am also a loyal customer with Tommy. His is always patient and is honest. All of their salespeople are. I started with Tommy, and I just stayed with him. This is my third purchase thru only him.

After we decided to lease a Ford Escape we were put into the customer lounge to wait to pay and deal with insurance company. The wait in the lounge was long however, Luis was nice enough to come over and check on us periodically. We had to go home and pick up our son and come back since it was getting late. The staff there were very nice, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated that!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Edge from Stevens Ford. They were the only dealer on Long Island that had exactly what we wanted. Keith the sales person was great. He responded to my emails quickly. I had all the information about the car that I requested and the price was set (x-plan) before we set foot in the showroom. When we got there, the car was at the front door all ready to go for a test drive. Once we decided to take the car, it was detailed while we filled out the paperwork. We were in and out in two hours. Overall, it was a great car buying experience. Would definitely recommend this dealer to others. Its just too bad that we live too far away to use their service department.

Provide me a good estimate for the service to be completed and advised me of the area I could wait in. Wait area is clean, comfy, had things to keep us entertained. I left and they stated they would call should the car be ready prior to my arrival back. Work was done on time, all actions completed and paperwork ready for me to go. The whole Stevens team excel in the are of customer experience. The number one reason I do business with them is the way they take care of the customer in all departments. Highly recommend them!!!

My sales agent Lew was awesome He was honest and very trustworthy I must say. As a person that does not trust sales people since I always feel they are take advantage of people. This experience with Lew changed my thoughts. He spent days with me until I decided which vehicle I want and never complained. I even picked out a car and walked out that day not purchasing it and ask to give me time and he did . I was not pushed or did I feel rushed. Everything I was told I got no hideen anything I was amazed. I must also say the Dave the floor manager was also so helped spent time as well with me and explained everything as well as taking my calls to ask how I use the automatic start and what type of gas do I used. I am sure they smiled at that one. I never purchased a new car myself and I love my Fusion hybrid thanks to Lew and Steves ford for making this experience the best for me

The only thing that could improve is the time it always takes when the salesman goes to the manager if your term request changes. It seems at every dealership this is the case, need to be a quicker process from beginning to end I was at the dealership for over 5 hours.

Fusion energi. Sales service was very good. Made to feel welcome and comfortable. Right smount of pressure that did not put us off and made us come back. Team worked with us to get us what we wanted in car and pulled from another dealer rather than trying to force us into car already on lot. The only problem we had was we saw several different models and tested several others and never got into the exact one so we were expecting certain options that were not present in the final car on the contract. Thats when they tried to work with us to find car with options we expected. Overall experience was good except that I wanted a chrysler 300 and the sales team convinced me on the ford fusion energi.

I came in for an oil change and ended up staying for all the fluids to be drained, new filters, new fluids put in, etc. It took much longer than anticipated but people were friendly. However for some reason now my miles per gal. has dropped from 28.7 to 26.7. I dont understand how that happened. Would like feedback on this.

The low tire pressure was not properly reset and the warning goes off every time I start the car.
