Been to this dealership for four different cars with good experiences. Went with my father to buy a car for me, where we were being helped by the "manager." Rudest person I have ever met, no respect for the customer even telling us to go someplace else as if he was doing a favor by selling us a car. I dont know what he thought was happening, but it is expected to have negotiations taken place at this dealership, ridiculed us by saying hed send us 4 dollars every month if it was such a big deal. Unbelievably smug, had the deal ready to go until I had enough of the way he spoke to my father, and left to get a Nissan down the road. Never coming back again, so much for customer appreciation.

After a lengthy time spent shopping for the perfect car, I ended up at Certi-care pre-owned of Huntington. Everywhere I went there was always a story from added fees to pressured salesmen trying to force me to buy a vehicle right when I walk on the lot. As I walked in a young gentlemen named Sean began to show me around the lot and show me the wide selection of Hondas for sale. After a few test drives I found the perfect car. I chose a 2013 Honda Civic (u42841) for a great price and no added fees. June (the finance manager) made the rest of the process very simple and I drove off with my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fast and positive experience.

When I bought my car (though during the buying process they did not honor promised price until I said I would go elsewhere). They were at first friendly but after they could have cared less. Their service department has a few nice people, but only a few. John S unfortunately, is an obnoxious, unprofessional dude who doesnt give damn. He was snotty and misrepresented charges. His attitude was youre stuck and have to pay what we say. I had already paid for labor a few days before and mentioned the issue which they couldnt find. It continued and I was bringing it back. Why should I be recharged the labor again when they didnt fix it the first time a few days before? This dealer has really bad Yelp reviews, and for good reason. Oh yea, when a manager comments in negative reviews to fix things its just lip service. Never again with this Honda dealer. I am up for a new car in half a year and it will not be a Honda.

"Do Not Go Here"

I received a call from Huntington Honda after clicking on the "Check Availability" button on the site. The gentlemans name was Christian, I set up a time to come. He asked if I knew where they were located, I said yes. Unfortunately I went to the new car showroom. I walk in and asked for Christian, they said "let me page him." I was then greeted by Lenny, who told me Christian works at the used car department 2 miles down the road. I did not know there was a separate building. I can share a little responsibility, but it should have been incumbent on them to remind me of that. OK, honest, not harmful mistake, but not off to a good start. Strike 1. I walk into the used car showroom and asked for Christian, they said he doesnt work here, he only works the phones, and you would actually never meet him. Even though Christian told me to ask for him. Strike 2 in my comfort level. But someone else was there, a knuckle dragger mouth breather type I wouldnt buy dirt from. He sat me down, we chatted briefly, extolled all the virtues of this dealership, that theres no fees, etc, etc, and that theres many dishonest dealers around. It was going on a bit too long, where I finally gently interrupted, "can I see the car." The look of disdain for me, he couldnt hide. He got up and got the key, he was away longer than he should have, mind you, I had an appointment, and the car should have been ready. He returned to tell me the car was down the street at the body shop, having some light cosmetic work done and some dents taken out of the tailgate. Strike 3 in my comfort level. He and I took the trip, I walked around the vehicle only to find a side quarter panel all primed and ready for paint, too. Who knows what the damage was, I dont want to buy a used vehicle that has had any type of paint or body work. I never even looked at the tailgate. I thanked him and excused myself.

Love the service at this dealer. Been to other Honda dealers. They are not all created equal. Huntington Honda always gives it 110% prices are competitive. And even if they werent it would stop me from only getting my car serviced by them

"Had All 4 Of The Pax Tires Replaced..."

Had all 4 of the PAX tires replaced on my 2006 Honda Odyssey. They went out of their way to get me in the next day (after the run-flat initiated--the PAX equivalent of a flat tire). It was much cheaper than I had been quoted earlier from other dealers (the tires were close to needing replacement when the passenger front tire went out). I also asked them to check the brakes since they were sometimes audible and the steering wheel would vibrate at speeds over 60 mph. They could have simply told me that the brakes needed to be replaced, but they were honest! They told me that there was still about 12000 miles left on the pads since they were down to 5mm from the original 10mm. Low prices and an honest service department--two thumbs way up!

I bought my 2011 Honda INsight at Huntington Honda because of the great service. I went there to have my Insight repaired because I knew some body parts would have to be removed and I wanted somebody with experience to fix it. I worked with David and he authorized a loaner which was an Accord which also was great. The car was fixed perfectly, great estimate, great price, friendly, great, great great.

"I Just Bought My Honda Civic Ex..."

I just bought my Honda Civic EX approx. 2 weeks ago and have had to bring it in for the most hilarious issues. NOTHING major, just ridiculous (1) the Door stopper-hinge-holder to keep the door propped open, and the most current (2) the horn ... :-/ BUT despite the small inconvenience of these "issues" it has been quite a pleasure dealing with this dealership. Erin Cabildo is AWESOME, what a pleasant personality he and his team have, and great customer service. Ive dropped my car off to them in the morning and within a day or two they give me a call as soon as it is ready (never forgetting about me) and thats it. Of course I am sure if I needed to stay and wait they would get my car done sooner, but fortunately I have a boyfriend who doesnt mind being my chauffer :). The real test will be if I do have to wait for the repair, and if I need to borrow a loaner from them. I shall see how that will pan out, but I will review when that occurs, otherwise as of this moment I am really happy how Erin (and the whole service team) has treated me, and my boyfriend who also purchased from them. There isnt much else to write because Im not complaining... its just worth it to purchase a car here.
