This was the absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had. Employees are disengaged, dont care or show concern about their poor performance. I have never picked up a new car that was defective until this purchase. No one cared the front passenger seat didnt work, headlights were off, service dept could care less. No follow up from management, no apologies, had to call service to see if car was repaired, no one called with status. Never deal with this dealer again

The salesman did a bate and switch when it came to financing. Told us they could beat my banks rate and when we went to pick up the truck their financing was 2 percent higher than my bank. Financial advisors was then nasty. Would never go there again.

I was directed to Bright Bay by Suzuki directly. My Dealer no longer exists. I had a problem with my xl7 , The air bag light was on the clock was flashing. I feared having anyone in the car with me ,for fear the srs system was non functional. The appointment was made in a moment notice. We showed up at 10am ;my car was taken in right away. It seems the seat ,passenger sensor was mis-callibrated. We were in and out in less than an hour. I cant say enough about the care and effort was put into repairing my car.

This is the 6th car I have purchased in my life, and by far the most pleasant. I started by inquiring about a car on line and promptly received a call back. I set up a time to see the car and was greeted by the salesman John waiting in the car ready to go for test drive. After that we went in a crunched the numbers. Long story short I felt like I got a fair price for my trade in ( 12 year old car with 174, 000 miles) and a fair price for my used car purchase. The financial guy, Lou was very knowledgeable, easy going and worked with me to get the best set up. Since it was close to closing I wanted to pick my car up the following day, No problem. When I went to pick up my car everything went smoothly. The office and its people were clean, easy going and pleasant to work with.

Loved my 2013 MKT, as I had the previous 2010 MKT, but the lease was 1 1/2 months away from ending, and it appeared doubtful that any 2016 models would be offered. I considered buying the 2013 car, but Domenick Babbo solved my dilemma by locating a leftover 2015 MKT exactly as I wished, and even put me in the new car within a few days. Excellent salesman and very well-run and professional dealership.

Went in to buy a used Camaro they had a "Set" price and wouldnt negotiate at all even though I had research to back up my offer. They had me waiting for over a half an hour until the manager came out with an attitude and even said I would be wasting his time unless I gave in to his dictated price. I went to visit the car 3 times showing I was interested and they showed no interest in selling the car and the place was dead empty with dealers hanging around.
