Vehicle laid up for days ,job not done right the first time, no communication, constantly put on hold and forwarded to the wrong extension , would not recommend the dealership or another Chrysler product . As far as the ratings should be able to put negative stars .

Yesterday my family and I went there to check out the Jeep brand, we just want to check out what type of car will be good for us, met Eric Ramos who is client advisor, very friendly, helpful and professional, He showed us around and we finally decided to lease the latest 2018 Jeep Compass, worked with him and Jason Mascia the General Sales Manager who was fantastic, they were willing to work on the numbers. explain every detail and showed us the new car features and etc. We were the last customers left that day, worked on the paperwork and left after 9:30PM, Thanks for the team who stayed late and helped us to get this done. Finally drove a new 2018 Jeep Compass Limited home with my lovely family!
