Would highly recommend avoiding this dealership. Although my salesman was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable about the car he would not follow through with offering me the certified used car I tested for the price advertised on the internet. In addition to adding a dealer prep fee of $695 and a stipulation that the vehicle must be financed through their dealerships financing arm in order to get the advertised price he also insisted that an additional 10% be added to the fee as a down payment which clearly was not stated in the advertised price. I purchased a loaded CRV (EX-L) instead of the stock model they offered (LX) the next day from a reputable dealer for less money with a very nominal $75 dealer fee for registration and the option of paying in cash, financing on my own or financing through the dealership.

What a lovely experience. We are both retired and in need of a small SUV type vehicle. So we looked on line and found a vehicle in our price range and when we called a pleasant women identified herself as Cindy and invited us to the showroom. We set a date and on Saturday we went and meet Cindy and our new CRV which she had outside ready for a test drive. Well we enjoyed that and now my husband, "the negotiator" sat down and said without all the back and forth commotion Cindy, what is the best price you can give us. She smiled and said here is the price, this is the best deal I have and this is why you should move ahead. Well that was just great and we did just that. now the harder part as we are retired and on a fixed income we needed to finance the vehicle and were a little worried about approvals etc. Cindy said you are going to meet Richard Cirami the Finance Director. He will take care of you I promise. So we were escorted to his office and in the first minute we just knew that he was a gentleman and said he would custom tailor a finance plan that meet our needs. Guess what, he did just that and within one hour we were driving away going back home to New Rochelle. Thank you Richard Cirami for helping us and getting us a deal we could never accomplish.

I needed to buy a car and was unsure of what the process was. Recently divorced my credit was destroyed and had purchased a car in the last 20 years. So I went to North Shore Honda seemed they had the lowest prices on line and meet Jose a very nice young man who was quite sincere in listening to my tale of woe. I picked out a car and then told Jose of my credit issues. He said the Finance director Richard Cirami was here and would get it done. With that we went to his office. Well I just felt so comfortable and in speaking to Richard I realized this guy is something special because he listened to me and asked questions at the same time. Well he then said ok I have the parameters and you need to have this payment to be safe and that is what it will be at this rate. I said that would be ideal but that rate is not even in reality with my 525 credit score i have been to three Banks and the credit union and was quoted 18.5%. He just smiled and said they call me The Carman of NY! I said what!!! So he told me who he was and that right in front sitting there he would get this done. He called two Banks and in ten minutes got me approved at that rate and I just could not believe my eyes and ears. Needless to say I LOVE THE CARMAN OF NEW YORK, RICHARD CIRAMI!

I drove in from Syracuse NY to buy a specific certified CR-V that I found online. But the real reason I came there was because I saw a video of the Carman of New York, Richard Cirami and decided to see if his claim to getting anyone approved was real. The prior week I was turned down by two other dealers and I needed a car. So we made the road trip It was welcoming and Noel Ledesma was very nice to us. I went for a test drive, liked the car and was ready to buy it. I told Noel of my credit situation and he just smiled and said not to worry you are going to meet Richard Cirami he is the Carman of NY a legend in this business he will get you a great loan. S we went with Noel to see Richard and in minutes of meeting him I knew this was the real deal. I have no credit and just arrived in the US a few months back. "Credit Challenges? Not Here!!!"

I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord last week. We had conversed with the sale consultant prior as well the Finance Director Richard Cirami. We have credit challenges due to a long term illness. Richard assured me he would personally sit with me and structure a loan I could afford. I had watched a video of him, The Carman of NY and was very impressed. Jose was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable of the Honda line of vehicles. I had been contacted by him prior to arriving at North Shore Honda. When I arrived the Accord I wanted to look at was pulled up front. I test drove the car and upon returning to the lot. My wife realized she wanted to look at one of the other Accords. Without hesitation Jose went and got the keys and we were off again. Jose allowed us to discuss the cars available on the lot and provided NO pressure to buy one. This was our second used car purchase within the past 9 months and by far the easiest. We were on a time restraint to pick my daughter up from school and Jose was constantly aware of our time. Even the finance director, was aware of our time restraint. So we picked out the car we wanted sat with Richard and I was amazed at watching him call the Banks he deals with and sell them on me and why they should do this loan at a great rate. We were $50.00 a month less than we thought it would be. We made it out on time and surprised our daughter at school by picking her up in our new Accord. "Went In For An Oil Change Came Out With More"

Went in to get an oil change on my wifes car wasnt there looking to buy. had time to kill so I looked around the lot. salesman JOSE DIAZ was outside asked me if I needed help but I told him I was only looking. He didnt push me or try to sell me anything. Instead we had a conversation and found out that we had the same interests (me being MUCH older and Jose being a young man), what were the odds?LOL. We bought our Honda Odyssey from Cindy. We were debating between the Pilot and Odyssey, Cindy assisted in providing some key differences between both from perspective of family usage. This helped us choose Odyssey. She was not pushing us during the whole process or hurrying us, she patiently answered all the questions. We told her up front we had credit challenges from a past illness that really affected our scores. Cindy said we have Richard Cirami the Finance Director who will get you a great loan not to worry. We were worried as we had left another Honda dealer the day before when they said there was nothing they could do under any circumstances. We were taken to his office and there was a man sitting there who graciously shook our hands and said relax and tell me your story. So we did and he put our application in to three banks and in seconds he got three rejections. I said I told you this would not work, he just smiled and said! Relax! He picked up the phone called Ally financial and got his banker on the phone and in ten minutes of negotiation with him we were approved at a 5.5% rate for 72 moths. INCREDIBLE RESULTS! LOVE THIS GUY! She also followed up after the purchase of vehicle to make sure everything is good with the van and if any further assistance is required. My boyfriend had called beforehand and we were scheduled to meet with Jose at around 6pm on a Wednesday. We pretty much knew what we wanted going in the store, but just had a few questions about the models and pricing. We got all our questions answered, test drove the car, negotiated a great deal and then told them we had severe credit issues. So we went to his office a very cool place and I knew we were in good hands as he had a wall of photos of his kids and grand kids. Drove in "cold" with my husband on to scope out CRVs as my beloved CRV was almost 15 years old and I wanted something fresh. Thought I was just starting the process of car shopping. Met with Noel who carefully listened to what was on my wish list. That led to us checking out the 2014 CRV EX-l , which had everything I wanted and as a bonus was gorgeous due to the new design. What an amazing car! Took a test drive and fell in love. We have visited the service center they are just great to deal with and the loaner cars are all new, clean and gassed. So I went back to Cindy our sales gal who is just great at what she does. She knows all the cars all the historys and helped my colleague pick out a great 2014 Pilot. Of course he had some credit challenges and Rich the Finance Director who I just think is the greatest sat with us and in a matter of 20 minutes had two banks on the phone and got him approved after a long history of credit challenges. Rich just made him feel important and said it does not matter what the issues are from the past he has those connections with loan officers who trust this judgment on who will pay. We totaled the car we had purchased 6 months ago. As it happened someone ran a light and the rest is history. So I called Noel the sales consultant and explained the situation and was very concerned with what was owed to the Bank and what the Insurance company had offered. There is no longer GAP insurance and I was facing $8500 that the Bank wanted from me. Noel said come in pick a car and see Richard the Finance Director. You had a great time with him and he will not let you get hurt. So we came in picked a new CRV and sat with Richard. He called the Bank they told him the payoff that was due and then called Geico to get there offer in writing. Within 30 minutes between his connection at the Bank and as well Geico the $8500 was gone. He is without question excellent at what he does and who he knows. I just sat there and listened and watched him negotiate on my behalf. So in the next ten minutes he put my loan package in place at 2.99% less than last time with no money down! I cannot praise this dealership any more than I have in the past. The Carman of New York is a real guy and his name is Richard Cirami!!!
