I walk in only use only in the show room. I was asking the gt350. First word is are you seriously buying this car? I saw u r advertising for msrp. And end up 5k on mark up. Why even advertising msrp if you r doing mark up on the gt350? Waste time and effort!!

Philomena was awesome! Ive got what i wanted and then some more. No games with prices. No tricks or playing around with credit score to get the last penny from you like most dealers do. I came in. I negotiated. I had new truck for exactly how much i wanted. At the end Philomena gave me a big hug! Loved service and definitely will recommend to my friends.

I was given my cat back immediately while the part that was needed was ordered. I brought the car back in when the part arrived and was given a loaner vehicle while the ac was being repaired. When the car was ready, I was able to pick it up immediately. The service was done quickly and professionally. This is a great service team.

We leased a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium and had a great experience. Our salesperson, Dave, was extremely patient and helpful over the course of several hours of deliberation, happily answering our (many) questions and satisfying our requests for test drives of a couple different vehicles. We came in very unsure of not only which car to get, but which type of car and which brand since we had a wide variety of conflicting features we were looking for. We wanted a hybrid with great fuel efficiency but we were unsure if we needed more cargo space than a hybrid sedan could offer. The staff helped us make our decision faster than we had anticipated making it and we drove away in our new car that evening very satisfied. We had a good experience but, that said, would perhaps have appreciated a less sales-oriented approach that focused more on finding the right choice and giving each choice full consideration, even if that choice didnt exist at the dealership that day. Towards the beginning, it was apparent that we were urged towards certain options that we hadnt yet decided were right for our needs. We ended up making the choice that we were encouraged to though, but not by that encouragement as much as by trying the various options and agreeing that that one made the most sense. Its very possible that the experienced staff already realized which vehicle was the best fit in the beginning and encouraged us to make the right decision, but we would have appreciated a bit more opportunity for us to discover that on our own. Since we were choosing between a wide variety of vehicles, we would have also appreciated it if the price quoting process could be made more efficient. Its surprising to me that the pricing of vehicles cant be more efficiently done in advance and be made more transparent. Instead, a quote for each car had to be calculated each time, making our visit longer and less transparent than it could otherwise have been. Having had a great experience, Id definitely return, but Id return (and recommend other first-time car buyers go) bringing with me solid research, with a good idea of the kind of car I would be looking for. The dealership staff felt like a close-knit family and after buying/leasing with them, you are made to feel like part of it. Im now very happy to be driving in the car I chose and Ive gotten several calls and emails from the dealership to make sure that Im happy with my choice. At Ford-Lincoln of Queens, they seem to really care about not only the decision at hand, but about making a strong, long-term relationship. For us, that made a big difference in our choice and in the reason well return.
