I have had the pleasure of leasing from Lees in 2015 and now 2017. I previously purchased from Lees 2004 Highlander & 2005 Avalon. Wayne DeGouveia, an exceptional salesperson has provided our family with his expertise, professionalism and exceptional service from 2015 and on. He has made the process of leasing so easy by first obtaining us a great deal on the financing. Even more importantly, he provide all the paperwork as well as an indepth explanation of the vehicles and what they offer. Who needs a manual when Wayne was so diligent and caring and took all the time needed so I could understand the finer points of Toyota excellent quality vehicles. Both my wife and I truly feel that we are in good hands with Mr. DeGouveia and his truly exceptional service. I planned on purchasing a new Toyota Avalon this summer to replace my Avalon of 18 years ago. I had some trepidation since I had researched that there are now 7 types of Avalons as opposed to the two when I made my previous purchase. I also wanted to make sure that I would not be overcharged as a "woman". I was so pleased to work with Maria Bangaru who made the process as pain free as process. Thanks to her I was able to see and understand what I would be getting in support of the research I had done on-line and via Consumers and other sites. I was planning to buy a new car from Oct 2016. Toyota wasnt in my priority list. One day without appointment in advance, I walked in Lees after checked up some other brands. David Ho the sales came to say hello to us. He was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, then we started perhaps a 2-hour conversation. I got all information I need. Im not a picky person, but a new car is a huge expense to me, I didnt sign the contract by that day, I wanted to see and listen more. I compared the prices, associated with my used car, and services. Eventually I came back to Lees, finished the deal. Because I felt David is the most reliable sales person than others. I can rely on his knowledge, service and promise. After one month waiting, Ive got my excellent RAV 4. What a high tech car it is, lot of new stuff, very different from my old car. Of cause I call David whenever I think I need his further explanation. The only thing dissatisfied in Lees is the space is quite crowded, and no car can make a test drive.

Car salesman frequently carries with it a "shady" connotation. Comedians & late nite talk show hosts have all the punch lines, because many car salesmen are dishonest; impersonal, just going thru the motions; with physical appearance sometimes needing assist. I found none of this in Sam; the car salesman with whom I worked. (July 2014) He was pleasant & polite, dependable (called when he said he would), and patient. Very patient when teaching me how to use the "high-tech" stuff in the car. I revisited him twice within the first month for additional assistance with the gadgets, & each time he was as patient as he was on the first day. Not to mention, that he carries himself neatly. I particularly liked that! Kudos to Sam! Kudos to Lees Toyota for having Sam!

A "car salesman" career usually has with it a negative connotation! The punchline of many comedians. Sometimes pushy; trying way too hard; dry humor &/or untidy appearance. I had as my "car salesman" at Lees Toyota (July/ 2014) - Sam Marawan. A d e l i g h t to work with him! Pleasant & dependable: called me when he said he would. Patient in teaching me the operations of the high-tech stuff in the car, for which I had to revisit him two more times; and on each visit he was as calm & patient as he was on the first day. Still saying "call me anytime if you have any questions about the car!" And most importantly, he carries himself neatly. Kudos to Sam!!!!! Kudos to Lees Toyota , for having Sam!!

"They Have Nothing Better To Do??"

Came in to buy a 2014 vehicle with my True Car certificate after speaking on the phone to internet sales. In my conversation I was told from the lady who took my calls that their were questions that I asked her she could not answer and she said she would forward them to her manager scott salzman to call me back. When he never returned my call I had a feeling then I should have walked away from any dealings with this dealership but I gave it a try. I went in and dealt with a salesman by the name of Wayne. His intentions were there but without back up from his manager it makes it very difficult or not able to do at all. scott sat with me and said he could locate the car in 3 days. After two weeks of calling him and he being in meetings, lunch, out with a customer or some other excuse he never took my call or returned a call. NOTHING BETTER TO DO THANK TAKE A CUSTOMER OFF THE MARKET WHILE THE CUSTOMER IS EXPECTING THE DELIVERY OF A CAR. When I finally demanded my deposit back I heard from other workers at the dealership that this was very common of scott and he probably never even attempted to locate the car. "LEES CAN GET DOWN ON THEIR KNEES BEFORE I WILL WALK IN THEIR DOORS AGAIN AND I WILL SPREAD IT TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN". And being in a similar industry I deal with a lot of clients that could use their services but never after hearing from me.

"No Used Test Drives On Weekends?"

I found a car that I was interested in online, called to check it was in-stock and asked to schedule a test drive. I also verified the price. When I showed up (1hr 30min train ride later), the car was $500 more than advertised, and I couldnt test drive it! They said that the used car manager isnt in on weekends and therefore they dont do test drives. I expressed to them that I was frustrated because I called in advance, and they were apologetic, but couldnt do anything. I think its strange that a used car dealership doesnt offer test drives on weekends. The $500 price increase also irked me. It just left me with an overall shady feeling about the place.

Not much to say about this place, Sales rep was nice but the manager was a waste of time. Came in to get a lease on a 2013 Highlander SE, keep in mind has a sticker of 36k..... Best deal he gave me was a$10,000 down (yes u r reading that right lol) and $409 a month... If you do the math, that a total of $24,724...... FOR A LEASE, FOR A 36K CAR. After a few hours that we left the dealership the sales rep called begging us to come back made a story up that thats not the usual manager on duty, lowered the price by thousands of dollars. Called a leasing company the next day got the same car for $1,500 Out of pocket and $329 a month. Nice way to treat your customers LEEs... Stay Away

This was my first time at this dealership. I received a phone call from one of the managers Maria telling me about a new system they invested in. Long story short Maria was an amazing help she got me out of my 2011 Camry and put be into a new 2014 Camry making my payments a little longer even after I purchased an alarm. Not only was she helpful she was very knowledge of her products. She answered all my question, even if she did know the answer she asked other managers.
