I am so glad I went to HILLSIDE HONDA used dealership. I was on my way to the other dealership for new cars, and I stopped here first. Leo, my salesman, was very helpful when my children and I were looking for a car. Also, Mike, one of the managers was very helpful as well. I recently purchased a used Honda Accord and I was presently surprised by the entire process. The sales rep Leo Santualla was very professional, knowledgeable¿ and not in the least bit pushy. Went to Hillside Honda today to take delivery of a CRV . I had been there earlier in the week just to look at the compact Suvs they had ,and get some information on features and trims I could not have asked for a better person to help me with that than my Sales Executive Hugo Goncalves he was thorough smart and most of all understanding .Seek him out if you can. By doing all of that he helped us get into the right car for our family . On another note there was a Sales Executive I noticed the two days I was there who also did work to be commended . The first day he was helping a young woman with such a understanding that it put her mind at ease within moments. Today on March 20 I saw this same young man literally help a individual put back her whole car of belongings into her new car which was a silver CRV he did not shy away from his responsibilities after the transaction was concluded just did the job if that isn’t true commitment to the customer I don’t know what is . All of this seemed odd to me from all the times Ive been to other car dealerships ,until you meet and speak with there Supervisor Shareef and and you realize he wouldn’t have them work out on the floor any other way . I thank you Shareef for that and takeing the time in answering all my questions keep up the great work with your team .Mohamed you are the most understanding and caring financial advisor I had ever had the pleasure to sit down with and crunch numbers .Than you for explaining the ins and outs of Honda Care for me also . I was very pleased with my experience at Hillside with Leo Santualla. I was in the market for a CPO Civic and had visited a couple of other dealerships prior to visiting Hillside. The experiences I had at other dealerships were very uncomfortable and involved pushy salespersons interested in closing a deal as fast as possible. In contrast, Leo was very patient with my questions and willing to help me find a vehicle based on my select preferences. He was very professional, clear with his responses, and very responsive in our communications (email, phone, etc). I highly recommend working with him.

The service department is great. They answer all possible questions that they can, and if they cant answer the question themselves, then they look for someone who can answer your question for you. About the buying process, buying certified preowned was a pretty simple process, its not like they can arrange some form of discount, but youd have to "ask" if you understand what I mean. If there is anything that might not be to your liking, they will try to fix it, but always look at the papers in case there is anything fishy about the car, we had a small problem with the battery, but apparently it was out of speck for some reason; the battery was alright

Found Hillside when they followed up with me after an Internet search referred me to them. I was handed off to a salesperson (Ramone) who was excellent. Not the traditional negotiation experience, as I knew the price before I went to the dealership. The number we agreed on via telephone was never wavered from by Hillside and they were honest, and no-pressure sales people. Excellent experience.
