The Finance guy that used to be there is greatly missed! He was well experienced and diversified with his finance companies/options no matter what your situation was. A lot of folks that used to purchase are being turned down because hes judging your credit instead of making business work and getting folks in cars i had to discover for myself and its true! Its probably the go to place if you have a very high credit score though. Certainly can no longer send folks there.

I saw a great deal online and decided to show up. I was skeptical as I should be, but Dante took really good care of me. He was honest from the start. They showed me the car that I was interested in gave me a bargain, when I say bargain I mean it. 3,000 under book value for a 328xi bmw with low miles. My credit is far from stellar so I was surprised that Shahid the finance manager was able to give me such a great deal with the bank. He did not use but one inquiry and I was accepted. The beauty of my experiencing is that I was in and out in a few hours literally a few hours. I have purchased many cars from dealers (5 now) and this is the best experience that I have ever had. "Bad Experience"
I call at least five times and was told the car I was calling about was sold, then I received a phone call from Dante DeMartino saying that the car was available. Ileft work early to see the car and wanted to leave a deposit and was told I need to come back with the money, they would not take my deposit. The next day I got insurance on the car and the bank check and when I called Dante to let him know I was on my way, he told me the car was sold. I made the call to at 10:15 a.m and they just opened at 9:00 am and the car was sold. They didnt even call me to tell me not to come. Very bad business.

Came in to purchase a vehicle and was greeted with warm welcoming service from Bryan. Not only did he assist but he also made sure that we felt welcomed by offering us coffee and water, but i felt that he would have offered us food also if we were hungry. He even tried to convince me to play Dota2 lol. But overall his service was beyond great, making sure that we understand everything in the policy and even further explaining things that werent too clear. Bryan also got us a lower insurance rate than what we were offered with other companies. Im also glad that Shahid the finance manager was able to get us a lower APR rate. If i had to buy another car i would definitely come back to Bryan.

Transfer fee to bring to their store, a dealer fee, and a detail fee. The Honda Ridgeline line I was looking at was already at the store, and filthy, not detailed. Its not even a certified preowned Honda dealership, and a 30 day warranty. Was supposed to give me a coupon for Presidents day of $500 , but wouldnt include it.in the price. When I asked to talk to the manager the said he would call me, Ive tried calling him , I just get the run around from the secretary. I wouldnt recommend this place. There shady , wase of time and money

It is important to me as customer that the dealership has employees which are honest, friendly and personable. These qualities not only allow dealership to make one sale but builds customer loyalty that ensures future sales from the same customer, their family member and friends. My interaction with Best Auto Outlet staff was extremely positive. It started with when I called Sandi for an inventory check (Toyota Camry), whom was very friendly and honest and ensured me that what I was looking for was in stock. We went to the dealership and the cars that I called about were there (Huge plus for the dealership!!!). Then, we were introduced to the sales rep. (Jeremy), whom was very friendly, personable and honest. We ended up not getting the car that we called about since it didn’t have the options we were looking for, however my brother radiated towards an X5 that was in stock. The conversation shifted towards the BMW X5. Then, we met the finance manager (Shahid) whom was very straightforward, resourceful and honest. Within about a half an hour we were driving back with an X5. I would recommend Best Auto Outlet and their friendly staff to everyone, to my friends and family. Although this is a positive review for the Best Auto Outlet. I would like to explain what I don’t like about car dealerships that I have visited previously. These days it is rare that someone will go into a dealership without looking at vehicles online first. I have often looked at the cars online first and then call the dealership to see if they have them in stock (as I did when I spoke with Sandi). I hate nothing more than a dealer lying to me about an inventory being in stock. And often they just advertise a car at a lower price and when you go there for some miraculous reason someone always buys that vehicle 5 minutes before you get there!! (Or that vehicle just happens to disappear from the lot!!). In reality this is just a scam to get customers in and an attempt to sell them something else. It is very frustrating, it wastes so much time and money. Within last 5 five years between me and my brother we have bought more than 5 vehicles and I often call beforehand for an inventory check. If I arrive at the dealership and the car I asked for is not in stock I just walk right out and never go back to that dealership (even if they have something better for a cheaper price). So my recommendation to anyone is to call ahead and confirm that what you are looking for is in stock.
