This is my first time to lease a brand new SUV. I called to make an appointment for a test drive, and I told them Im only interested in an XT5 red passion Caddy. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by Santino, a very friendly guy who showed me the SUV. Before & after the test drive, Santino explained all the features, and made me feel important unlike in other dealerships. On the day I picked up the XT5, all the papers were ready & I was out in an hour. This is excellent service. And Santino also makes you laugh. I highly recommend this dealership. Only negative is the parking lot is so full, otherwise the experience is great.

First I got loaner car with no registration sticker and no licence plates and was pulled over by the police while driving back to dealership. Then I notices a long scratch on the driver side doors of my escalade and was told by Sally, mechanic and the service manager that the scratch was there before they serviced the vehicle which is not true. The overall attitude of the staff was really bad,not only they made me wait 3 hours before finally providing me with loaner car but also scratched my vehicle and then implied I was lying to them about damage. The sale team is very professional but the service department is one of the worse Ive ever experienced.

I was a customer of City Cadillac-Buick-GMC dealer in Long Island since we had our first SUV- the GMC Acadia 2010. What makes you visit a showroom is because youre intrigued but what customers come back to a dealership is their experience. Im from the Bronx area and me and my wife going to as far as Long Island area just to buy/ lease a car is a testament of the great experience we had when we were initially a customer at City. Of course, with Ms. Helena Zabadeh who were of tremendous help along the way from choosing an ideal car to closing the deal makes the experience a great and easy one. She even come on her day off just to cater to our next available day. Shes a valuable asset to City as shes not just a pleasant and consummate professional, she is also a person who puts emphasis on customer satisfaction as if shes attending to her family member buying their desired vehicle. Me and wife dont usually make recommendations but with her being so helpful compelled us to share this wonderful experience. Of cpurse, the GMC line of professional grade vehicles especially their SUVs are one of the reasons why it has made the car shopping experience an interesting and smooth-sailing one.

I love Cadillacs as they currently offer high performing, well handling vehicles with advanced luxury features, excellent comfort, and better looks and reliability than equivalent European brands, so to me the cars sell themselves but when I was in a quandary as to WHICH Cadillac I would buy Helena Zadeh at City Cadillac was extremely knowledgeable, and patient in helping me make a decision and going through the sales process. The facilities at City Cadillac may not be ideal but I think they make up for that in a great staff, I would buy from them again.
