"Worst Dealership Ever"

I went to get a quote for bumper repair. The dealership did not have body shop but no one tells us. They outsource the body shop work to a shop called collision star. But the guy called David palmer pointed me to different department but not getting the right place. He gave me a phone number for collision star the I called. It was a wrong number. The number is Ford dealership number! The collision star did not submit my paper work to insurance company. They kept saying will take care of it and my car will be in the in shop for a week or so for estimation. This is not the right thing to do. Not feeling comfortable about the arrangement and I have been sent back and forth multiple times. Stay away for this dealership if you dont want your time to be wasted.

"Straight Honest Advice"

This was my 3rd Honda at Advantage. What I learned is that during the buying process they drag it out as long as possible. Then after finally agreeing on the terms they finally put you in a room with the contract person, who continues to sell you on other products. When your finally done either holding your ground or succoming to more fees , they then have you start signing a mass of contract papers, AND, here is the KEY, the last form your sign is the contract, which by that time you just want to get the heck out of there and dont realize what you just signed. Guess what?thats our fault! I will not buy or lease from Advantage Honda again.They charged me $595 more then agreed and did not drop the $450 disposition fee from our last Honda lease for being a loyal customer, yet , they did in the past and even for my company. NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ADVANTAGE HONDA

Get ready to wait for hours if you ever decide to go to this disgusting place. I got trapped into buying extended warranty and decided to cancel it. "Dealership Unworthy Of Hondas Good Name"

Do not patronize Advantage Honda (1260 Northern Blvd, Manhasset, NY 11030) Bob Sullivan, manager and John Sun (salesperson) are unfit to serve customers. Buying a vehicle is no small undertaking, there is a financial component (budgeting at minimum the next 60 months of your life) a time component (research), and biggest of all an emotional investment. . (Out of all the cars, makes, model, and year..you can only choose ONE!) Today not only was our time wasted but we as customers were not valued. After test driving, moving 3 different stations "because the computer didnt work", being given a bill of sale with a lower printed price crossed out and a higher price written in, and sitting down dealing with insurance, and speaking to the manager twice.. we were told that the car we were securing was SOLD! At that point I had already purchased (and been charged for) insurance for this vehicle. The fact that the car had already been sold was shared with cold disdain, no apologies, no alternatives offered. Just a shrug and a smirk! Bob Sullivan refused to give his business card and John Sun complained about wasting HIS time. We were made to feel as if we did something wrong and they were doing us a favor selling us the car. I implore you to not patronize this dealership and HONDA should visit this dealership to have them do sensitivity training as well as ensure they are meeting brand standards. This dealership is beneath Honda and should be stripped of the privilege to sell their cars.

I had a highly positive experience leasing my CRV SE from Advantage Honda. The price was very reasonable and the salesperson, Dion, was extremely well mannered, professional and helpful. The total time I had to spend for the entire transaction was no more than an hour. I wanted a specific color -- Moutain Air -- and they brought it from another dealership for me.

Sat with a young sales guy, Dion, who was very knowledgable about the Hondas and even the off brand pre owned certified cars being sold at the dealership. Dion came out to help me as he saw me in the car lot looking at a few preowned cars. He asked me my needs and picked a few cars that fit it and let me test drive them. Usually at dealerships they brush you off if youre asking to test drive many cars however I feel it is very necessary in a big purchase like a car and Dion had a lot of patience with me. We eventually picked a Honda Accord Sport that I loved. With help from the banker doing the financing information, I was able to leave the same day with a certified pre owned car with warranty! Thanks so much Advantage Honda and Dion!

"Not A Good Dealer"

The facilities at this dealership are so inadequate that one can hardly drive into the place. Way too many cars on the tiny lot. The showroom hardly has any cars in it and its stuffed to the gills. I know its on Northern Blvd and real estate is expensive but the way the place is managed it is not customer friendly. Sales staff I encountered was not helpful. Id go elsewhere.

Dion Ramsammy is an amazing car salesman. When going to buy a car I wasnt sure what I wanted. Dion came up to me, greeted me in a very professional manner and asked what kind of car I was interested in buying. He showed me multiple cars from which I could pick from, based on my price range. He knew the features of every car which was impressive. He also allowed me to test drive many cars that I wanted to considered. Dion gave me an affordable price, which is another reason I commend him . Unfortunately, I was forced to fly back to my country because of a family emergency. Due to his friendly hospitality, I highly recommend Dion for any car buyers and will definitely be going back to buy a car.

Made an appointment to have the airbag recall taken care of. Had a 12:30 appointment and was told it would 1/2 hr. When I got there, I was told 2-3 hours - then the excuses flowed....hr behind, mechanice called in sick, mechanic came in late....not sure why I was only told 1/2 hrs...etc. I will NOT be returning to Advantage Honda ANYTIME soon. I should have known when the service manager left and Frank Avella left it was STRAIGHT DOWNHILL!!! I would not have given any stars but that is NOT an option!

Had an excellent experience with Honda Manhasset while getting my Honda-CRV serviced. The newer models of Honda are with automated service reminders and without a service reminder, it is hard to choose what should be get done. One general recommendation is 7000, 15000 miles etc. In may case I had skipped the recommended 7000 miles service and was at 11000 miles--which was far from the 15000 miles service. The representative helped me choose the right things needed for my car. They could have easily pushed me for all the stuff included in the 15000 miles service---but they did not, which I think is nice. The staff was courteous and professional.

I ordered an Accord and left a deposit. After 6 months with no communication I had to go back to the dealer and find out where my car was. Unreturned phone calls and computer down excuses is all I received. They are looking to a district manager to find me a car. It is obvious the order was never placed to build the car.
