"Good Prices Poor Service."
Ive bought 2 BMWs here. The prices are usually good. But the service is at best very poor. The last car I purchased Had a headlight washer issue. They fixed if prior to me closing on the car. All good. They did the NYS safety inspection. It was winter when I bought it. A few days after I bought it it was going to snow. I pulled the wipers up.The next morning, after the snow storm, I lowed the wipers on to the windshield. I started driving, turned the wipers on and the blades,BOTH, were in shreds ! You coulnt drive because the wipers could not wipe the wind shield.NOT at all. So I asked my self, If the y didnt see that the wipers were torn when they replaced the headlight washer what were they doing when they did the NYS safety inspection?? Both required the wipers to be turned on!! I had to buy new wiper blades that day in order to be able to drive the car. Wide world did offer me a car wash for my trouble!! The 1 st car I bought there I had it in for the 3rd time and I wasnt in their computer system. By the time they fixed the issue and entered me into their system again my loaner was given away and they TrueType didnt seem to give 2 damns!! They simply suggested that I make another appointment. That was the last time WIDE WORLD ever services one of my cars. So buy it there but head for the hills when it comes to servicing your car. My recommendation is just that. Buy the car here but do not return for any service. You will regret it.

Horrible experience. Had everything signed, approved by their finance dept and bank, down payment placed, waited 3 days (after I was told to pick up the car on our agreed on date, just to be turned around) to find out the "technicians" were too incompetent to change rear brakes on the vehicle. The manager told me the car was being auctioned off. Yes, thats right, for a rear brake job. The salesman was inexperienced and needed help every step of the way. Nice guy, but pushy in the sale, gave me every "promoting" sentence in the book to seal the deal. Avoid this place, do not give them the time of day. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and bring your business elsewhere. Sent emails to the lead manager and got no reply. They do not care about their customers!

I have recently purchased a used car which by the way was more than $25.000. Our vehicle needed some ring adjustment, only ring adjustments and it took them more than 5 hours to just do a change of rings, despite the fact that our advisor went to speak with the mechanics on several occasions. Nothing was done until we had to speak to the Assistant Manager Director. He was able to pull the SUV our of shop and handled us the car. The vehicle was just seating there and nobody came to update in regard to the status of it.

Ive never met a more honest, hard working, down to earth salesman before in my life! I would recommend George Popa to any and every one looking to finance or lease a BMW. He goes above and beyond to help make sure you get your moneys worth for your purchase. After test driving two vehicles with him I was ready to make my purchase. He kindly asked how much I was working with, we did some number crunching and he recommended CPO program (which I would recommend to anyone purchasing a certified pre-owned BMW) which gives a great warranty coverage on your vehicle based off of the mileage on the vehicle. I cant remember his managers name but he was a great help too. One of the men in the finance department was a jerk and spoke very condescending to me and made me feel like he was telling me what to do more than advising me and insuring that I understood what he was recommending. I did not appreciate that and almost did not leave with the car due to that, but then George and his manager stepped in and referred us to a man named William Gallaher in the finance dept. and he was honest and straight up. He thoroughly explained everything I was signing my life away to and made sure I understood as well as recommended the additional coverage he believed that anyone driving a BMW should have and I ended up purchasing that coverage as well and it was not costly at all. If I can write a review for him as well I will and the next time I visit the dealer I will get the managers name and write a review for him as well. These three guys make a great team and make sure the customer satisfaction is main priority. I appreciate their services and I hope to continue doing business with each of them in the future. "Stay Away From Their Service Department!"
8 years ago purchased a CPO BMW from them. After my 3rd service visit I swore I would never go back to them. It was that bad! Recently, 1/21/2016, I purchased another used BMW from them. Took a week to have them get it ready. Finally picked the car up Thursday. On Friday, The day before the big snow storm I went out to lift the wipe from the windshield. The wiper blade was dangling from the metal housing of the wiper. This car passed NYS inspection??? They went thru and checked the car out and placed an inspection sticker on the windshield.!! That tells me this place hasnt changed a bit! So what else didnt they check!! We dont pay for lip service we pay for BMW service!! The place looks new, the sales people are friendly and their service still sucks!! They barely do the minimal to the car to get it out the door. Just stay away from Wide World and find a BMW location that really is a BMW service facility!! This place isnt.

Not sure if those who had negative experiences are their own worst enemies...but I cannot say enough good things about the Staff and Service at WorldWide BMW. I just bought a 535i xdrive from Ron Charles at BMW! From the test drive to driving the car off the lot this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had buying a car. Ron was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He spent time with me, set up BMW Assist for me and then ran me through a call, provided all weather mats as well as the lovely carpet mats for my car. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a certified pre-owned or pre-owned BMW. The dealership was amiable regarding price negotiation (my least favorite part of buying a car). We went back and forth only twice and we agreed on a price that was actually a tiny bit lower than what I wanted to pay and well within reasonable pricing for this car. I had done my research and knew what the car was worth. They obviously respect and take seriously someone who doesnt play "low ball" games. The financing department (William) was efficient and got me an Amazing LOW rate! There is no pressure to buy additional and extended warranties. There was a small issue with the vent in the back seat and Steven in Service was right on it. He got the part and installed it at no charge and with lightening speed. Steven has also been very helpful with my 2001 BMW 7 Series (my first BMW baby and my favorite). He is professional, knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I highly recommend seeking him out if you need to use their Service Dept. Service delivered a car that looked like it just rolled off the line. It was cleaned inside and out, waxed, tires shined, windows treated with rain-x (?) woodwork polished, and leather seats spotless! AND of course I bought another Ultimate Driving Machine!!!! I am a huge fan of BMWs and they never disappoint me! I have already put 1,800 miles on my new car (got it less than 1 month ago) I love everything about it: The comfort, ride, handling, responsiveness, cabin layout, computer, etc! It is so much fun to drive! I would not hesitate to buy another car from World Wide and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

When there to trade in my car for a used BMW and wasted (3) hours of my life which i will never get back. Many of the used vehicles has visable damage on them, from body work to bent rims. Once I picked out a vehicle, they sat me down and started to show me "Numbers" which benefited them. I then asked them how much would I get for my trade in and they offered thousands of dollars less. When I told them I wanted a "Fair Trade In Value" obtained from Cars.com, they told me that are giving me a "Car Auction" value. Never heard of that, (unless they can predict the future). Basiclly told me to take it or leave it, so I walked out. Dont waste your time like I did
"Wide World Bmw - Perfect 10!"
I had not bought from this dealer previously but they had some of the best prices of comparably priced X5s in my 100 mile search radius. I had seen a car on Cars.com and reached out to Alan based on strong reviews of other people that had dealt with him. I called, we spoke, he emailed me the full specs of some cars I was interested in and I decided to visit in person the next day, a snowy Saturday morning in February. Alan was as described and extremely helpful in every way. I would deal with Alan again. We test drove a car, settled on an X5 with the right specs and was told it would be on a trailer the following week from South Carolina. With some back and forth and the help of Joe the sales manager we shook hands on a good deal that morning. Both men were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to others. I returned the following week to pick up the X5 and the whole process was extremely smooth. Alan Himmelfarb was great. Ive been buying cars for a long time but this would be my first lease. This was also my first BMW and he made the process simple. Alan went over all the features and programs thoroughly. There was no pressure whatsoever. He was straight forward about which programs BMW had to offer and his honest opinion about them. His experience in leasing and sales, along with their comparisons, proved very helpful and informative. He was better than my local BMW dealer ( five minutes away ) even though it was a 30 minute drive. Brian Sorce was also very helpful and informative too. I felt very comfortable discussing my options with Alan and Brian. Well worth the ride. If your in the market for a new car, after my first thousand miles of driving it, i highly recommend a BMW. OK, Ill admit it -- I was dreading the process of buying another vehicle. It is never a fun process, usually both the dealer and purchaser dont enjoy it, and you never know if you are really getting a good deal other than comparing your price against a grouping of comparable vehicles. Technology has helped a lot, but overall its been a pain. That was not the case at World Wide BMW! First let me give a quick history - I found a BMW X6 online that matched what I was looking for in regards to mileage, colors and options. I then cold-called World Wide BMW to talk to someone in sales. I wasnt sure who I would end up talking to, but fortunately I was put through to Euna Wilson. When I first talked with Euna, she was very friendly and professional, very respectful and accommodating. That alone was refreshing. I asked her about the vehicle and she gave specifics on it. With that in mind, I made an appointment that same day to drive down and check out the car. It only got better from there -- while I unfortunately got stuck in traffic, Euna was patient and was fully prepared for my arrival -- Carfax report was printed out, a vehicle history was printed out, and all the details on the vehicle (specific options, service history, etc) was all prepared. Everything that I thought I was going to ask for was already done. It was a nice touch and very much appreciated. We went for a quick test drive and then we began to talk price. Euna was kind enough to ask Financing about BMW Extended Service contracts, and we then began to negotiate on the price of the X6. Euna came back with a counter to my offer, and then said, "Why dont you just chat with George our sales manager?" Sounds great to me - George was kind enough to stop over to Eunas desk, and we negotiated a deal right there without any huge pressures. Both Euna and George were direct, respectful, and most importantly professional and courteous. It is those kind of things that really make the car buying process easier. We shook hands and I pick up the car later this week. Euna will be kind enough to pick me up at the nearby train station to help me pick up my vehicle. How is that for service? Very much appreciated Euna! The finance folks have also been great so far - fast, efficient and hassle-free. This has been a real refreshing car-buying experience for me -- so I thank all the folks at World Wide BMW for their professionalism, courtesy and respect. This wasnt an inexpensive purchase (for me at least), and they made the process 200% better than I was expecting. Thank you and I will definitely keep you all in mind for future purchase (including friends and family).

Even though I live all the way in Brooklyn, I come all the way to Rockland for all my service needs because I love this service location. They have excellent communication, which is extremely important to me and they are also great about providing alternate means of transportation, including drop-off and pick-up service. Sometimes, if they finish before they expected, theyll drop the car off to me, which is so convenient. Of all the service centers Ive been to, including Life Quality BMW in Brooklyn, Wide World far surpassed in communication, courtesy, respect and professionalism. I also made my latest lease purchase with Will Gallagher, who did his best to get me the best deal. Suzanne Leale is extremely respectful and helpful, and I plan to always come here for all my BMW needs and you should to! If you find that you ever have a complaint with them, just take a visit to Life Quality and youll be sorry you every left them.

Found "The One" I went to BMW Wide World actually looking for a later model X3. After speaking with Manny and the Sales management team, they were able to find me the exact color and specs I really wanted on a newer model. They worked with me on pricing, IR, and certification. Manny was great to deal with, he understood what I was looking for and was able to deliver when it came crunch time. I always consider BMW and its partnering dealerships as elite, and I would definitley recommend BMW Wide World to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW especially Manny.

From driving me from Spring Valley home to New Brunswick, NJ, to delivering my car to my home, Ive never dealt with such a great staff. On unrelated note, Chris dad, John, who also works at the dealership was hilarious, and made X3 post sale features learning experience, dare I say, "very enjoyable". Brian Waters was great to deal with. I shopped around my lease very thoroughly, and Brian was fantastic throughout the entire process - very professional, responsive via e-mail, and friendly. Additionally he gave us a great price on our car and didnt try to play any games whatsoever - this was a clear distinction compared to other dealerships that tried assumed we were ignorant by doing things like using an inflated money-factor on the lease. Brian was the _complete opposite_. We agreed on a spec, monthly payment, and out the door cost via e-mail. Once we got to the dealership, the deal was 100% what we agreed upon. Great all around.
