"Healey Saved The Day For Us"
Gotta give huge shout-out to the hero of the day, Dan the service tech genius at Healey Brothers Chevy Buick in Middletown, NY. While installing a 5th wheel hitch on my new GMC Sierra Saturday, the tech at a nearby RV place accidentally severed some of the wires that power the back end of the truck...suddenly we had no gas gauge, ABS brakes, tail lights, blinkers, brake lights or trailer brake controller. Without trailer brakes, we cannot tow a camper. So there we were, unable to tow the camper we just bought, the RV dealership unable to resolve the problem and the nearest GMC dealership already closed. We were "this close" to going home empty handed and broken hearted. Healey was on the way home so we stopped in without an appointment to see if they would even look at our GMC and if they could find the problem and fix it before they closed. Seth Goldberg took is in and 90 minutes later, Dan had replaced 9 severed wires in the wiring harness and we had our truck back to health. This allowed us to go back and take our RV home... 2 hours away in central Ct. Thats right, they took us in and repaired our truck and we werent a customer who had bought our truck from them, we had a vehicle that they dont even carry, we didnt have an appointment, and we came in an hour and a half before close on a Saturday. Great customer service makes all the difference in the world.

My son, and our sales person Brandon , brought the vehicle to Goodyear Tire Ctr. The mgr at the Goodyear location, verified the problem. Glenn Borstelmann Gen Mgr.,Matt Novello and Brandon kept in contact with Goodyear, to make sure the issue was corrected and the customer was treated correctly. Three generations of my family have purchased vehicles at the above location, for many years and with Glenn`s help, and input, we will make purchases at the above location for many more.
