Buying a new vehicle at Toyota Westchester proved to be a very good experience. My family and I came to the dealership and said from the outset that we were interested in a Rav4 SUV. Our dealer, Winston Balbuena, provided excellent service. Hes very competent, responsive and helpful. The time that he devoted to carrying out a test drive and readily providing explanations of the different features and options, gave us the space and inclination needed to come to a decision on which model to go for. Finally, his openness to negotiate, allowed us to agree on a package and price and to successfully conclude a purchase contract.

"Service Department Refuses To Honor Contract."

Service department refused to honor the contract. Contract stated that from 1 year of purchase of the vehicle I get an oil ch age and a tire rotation every 5k miles. Service department representative made up obscure rules that go against this contract and forced me to pay for an oil change as I needed one. Refused to provide me with a manager contact info. Won’t recommend this service area to anyone.

Several months ago, we had first used their maintenance location to repair a recall item, and the service was great. This weekend, we were lucky to purchase a certified pre-owned 2014 corolla. Raul was exceptionally helpful and patient with us. He is an excellent, low key as opposed to pushy, salesman who asks you the right questions to get the right results. Perfection for any customer! Everyone at Westchester Toyota was helpful. They have a constant stream of happy, satisfied customers, and actually take the time out to spend the time needed with each one. No pressure at all. The Finance man (Dennis?)was a tremendous help to us too. He understood our current financial situation, and did not push us like 95% of Finance guys would. Thank you so much. We definitely will get our next car there.

We had a terrible experience at another dealership so we were a bit gun shy walking into Toyota of Westchester. Pedro quickly put us at ease. He wasnt in our faces, he was friendly without being fake, and he answered all of our questions directly. There was no up-selling, bait-and-switch, or any other obnoxious attempt to get us to buy something we didnt want or need. The entire experience was very pleasant and painless. Pedros honesty and straightforward manner was refreshing. We even saved money on our car insurance through their office, receiving auto and renters insurance for less than we had been paying for auto previously. Every person on staff that we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and honest. Thank you Pedro and Toyota of Westchester for all of your help!

got a crack on the windshield on july 1,2017... called Toyota on july 6th and purchased the windshield costing appx $800.00. I was told that the windshield would arrive by July 14... call today and now was told that the windshield would not arrive by July 20..
