We went to White Plains Honda used car dealer to buy a used car. The car salesperson Alberto was excellent, told us the deal straight forward from the beginning. When it came to dealing with the finance person, we were rushed through the process and asked to sign several documents but we werent explained the details exactly in what was included. We returned a couple of days later and asked the finance person what are these extra charges as we were under the assumption that what was explained to us was included. To make a long story short in the end the manager spoke with us and we closed the deal and left very happy. We highly recommend this used Honda car dealership on Central Avenue as we walked away with what we originally arrived for!!

I went to white plains Honda for a new car, when I walked in I was treated accordingly, all of my questions were answered clearly, Alberto helped me pick out the car and addressed all of my concerns, when I went to leave with my new car, yet again I was attended to properly by Lucas, explaining all the features of my new car. I love the attention I received during my experience, I would definitely recommend this place.

I received great service from Sandy Mendoza and Raquel Arellano . Sandy was very sweet and helpful, I even had my niece with me and Sandy was so nice to help me with her. She has the an upbeat personality and made sure I was a happy car owner. Raquel was very informative and showed me everything I needed to know . She answered all questions I had and made sure I was comfortable with everything.

Dealing with this service center Ive had SEVERAL bad experiences. The first time I went I needed an oil change and was told my truck needed a tune up, which I paid $400 for. I left thinking the tune up was done and the oil was changed. When my husband checked the car we realized that they didnt even do the tune up. He went to complain and then they finally took the truck back and did the tune up which shouldve been done since I just paid $400 for, which was a complete waste of my time and such an inconvenience. Then, I had to go back because there was a problem with the tire on the driver side. They changed my tire and later on I realized they had rotated my tires and had given me a used tire. Then,I was told about how good the buyers protection plan for the keys and tires were. I was told that if I paid a fee of $900 I could get a spare key made at any given time and they would make it for me. Well, I was not correctly informed by the sales associate about what this really entitles. I found out that this plan does not work in the way I was told. Now Im out of $900. My overall experiences have been horrible. How could they think because Im a woman they could get over on me and more money out of me. I have a been a very loyal customer for many years now and I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone.

I came into White Plains honda as a first time customer. I was referred by two family members to Christopher Paranzino who was READY TO WORK. Christopher was very helpful, Patient, knowledgeable and FAST. Christopher helped explain the whole process step by step. Besides Christopher there was another sales person Ezequiel, who took his time and help me with the prep of my car and any other questions that i might have. I would definitely refer anyone looking for a new car to Christopher Paranzino aka my Go to Guy!

Had a the opportunity to deal with Alberto at White Plains Honda. SO far the easiest experience in getting a car. They went out of their way to provide my requested vehicle in color and Trim. Constant communication though the process, good deal on the vehicle and no pressure in upsells. The lobby needs popcorn. Or a vending machine. The lobby did have a nice play area for kids.

They go above and beyond for their customers. I got a very genuine interaction with my sales guy Alberto. And the Manager Chris is the best and very helpful. The other staff members I didnt even work with treated me so well. Not like the Rosen other dealers Ive been to around the area. I have a brand new H-RV and they made that happen. I couldnt be more content.

Great experience! I worked with Jordan who was a pleasure to work. He did a great job moving everything and doing the process easier and fast. Raquel Arellano showed me all the features inside the car also she paired my phone and showed me how to use. I am really grateful to them and happy with my new civic. brought my brand new car in due to a condensation issue that was going on when my car sat over night. After wasting a full day having them find the problem they couldnt figure it out... Long story short I got my car back with a nail in the tire thanks to the construction taking place at the dealership and damage to my bumper, destroyed my windshield molding and a huge scratch across my plastic grill... Guess what the problem was... A wet towel in my trunk from washing my car... Thanks for not fixing my problems. Not making any attempt to repair the damages you caused to my brand new vehicle and wasting my time with your factory-trained certified technicians who could not fix a ridiculously simple problem. The assistant manager cant make decisions when the actual service manager isnt around. I even went back to the actual dealership located a few miles away from their service center and they couldnt help... Not one person has reached out to me to resolve my issue... The management here is a joke and the way they treat customers is beyond terrible... Stay far away from this dealership as possible... Find a better dealership to service your new car. Trust me.

Jason was very courteous, helpful, kept me informed as to the status of the work and assisted me in the late afternoon when I returned to retrieve my car. All the requested work was done as promised and I was advised that the car was inspected and that all of the significant safety components (i.e., tires, brakes, etc.) are operating properly and do not require replacement or work. I had explained when I first saw Jason in the morning that this car is to be taken a long distance out of state by my daughter for the next six weeks and I wanted to ensure that all systems were operating properly and that no additional work was required at this time, thus the car being safe for her to use. I received that assurance.
