Great sale support. My UpFit rebate is going to expire within 14 days. Knowing my dead line is coming up, Elizabeth and Scott put some priority on my paperworks. They were able to process the receipt and got it approved within a week. It only took a couple of phone calls and emails throughout the whole process. I was worried the whole process might take a long time and I would miss the deadline. Thanks to Elizabeth and Scott, I can enjoy my 4th of July knowing I will receive the rebate check soon.

I started up my car when my car made a strange noise. It sounded like rocks in a blender. I was completely panicked and I knew I couldnt continue to drive it. My first thought was take it Rick in the service department. I remember him from the excellent service he provided previously. He must have noticed I was worried about my car and how much the repairs would cost me. He quickly gathered information, noted my concerns and provided me with a loaner so I could make it to my job. Just like that I didnt miss a beat! Rick worked with his manager to work out a great deal for the repairs and was flexible with the date I picked my car. He mentioned loyal customers are important to them. I will need new tires soon and Rick let me know theyd beat the competition. In my mind there is no competition. I know when I take my car to Fords Service Department, my car is in good hands. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Rick goes above and beyond to work with you. I have been coming to Cap Xprssway Ford since before it added "xprsswy" to its name. Several vehicles were purchased or leased during those years...and serviced there. By far the best Service Writer I have had to deal with is Declan Hannan. He is fair, honest, professional. His diagnosis of the problem is accurate but he follows up with the mechanics to make sure the job is completed to the customers satisfaction...and if not he is back at them till it gets done right. Next time you need service there ask for Declan. BTW, Declan did not pay me to say this!!

We have been shopping around for a car for months. Talked with many different car salesmen. None of them knew as much as Nick Wilson. Nor did they have as much patience as he did. We do not know too much about the car we are interested in and other salesmen weve dealt with have not been as gracious and willing to teach us like Nick has. We have gone to many different dealerships and after meeting Nick, we will absolutley be coming to him to purchase the car. "Worst Car Buying Experience"
I dont have one redeeming thing to say about my experience there and thats saying a lot coming from a person who sees the positive in almost every situation. * Our salesperson was not very personable. * He did not acknowledge or introduce himself to our children once throughout the whole 5 hour visit. * On the test drive he sat in the front seat and I had to ask him if I could sit there for the test drive. In my opinion, he should have offered me the front seat out of courtesy. * He did not lift the middle row seat to help the children into the 3rd row; I did that (remember, he is seated in the middle row). * After the test drive, he got out and shut the door and I had to go open the same door and lift the middle row seat to allow the children to get out of the car (remember, he was seated in the middle row). * My husband called the finance department several times (7 or 8 times) and left messages over a 2 day period until finally someone called him back. * Our final financing price was $2000 more than we had agreed on. When we asked why, our financing specialist never offered any explanation; he just turned the computer screen towards us. We had to read through each itemized section to find the "hidden extras": Gap insurance, GPS theft tracker insurance, and some other insurance. He "claims" that the salesperson was supposed to discuss those options with us. I have found other reviewers who have mentioned this same dishonesty. * The car we wanted was at another dealership. We were told it would take 3-5 days to get the car. On the 5th day we called, several times before we finally got to speak to someone, to find out when we could pick up our car. We were told that the other dealership was still waiting on a potential buyer. WHAT??? Why werent we informed of this? No one bothered to let us know? We had money down and all the papers signed for almost a week. They sold the car to someone else the day we were supposed to receive delivery. * I have discussed this experience with friends and family. Surprisingly, one person had the same thing happen to her at another Ford dealership where she filled out paperwork and finalized the deal and then the other dealership sold the car to someone else. Another person had terrible customer service at a Ford dealership in Florida and left without buying a car. I have always owned a Ford in my 26 years of owning cars. Based on my experience with Capitol Expressway Ford and the other experiences from my friends and family who have dealt with other Ford dealerships, I have decided that it is time for me to look at other manufacturers other than Ford.

This past week I traded-in my old vehicle and purchased a new 2013 Ford Fusion. From the first time of stepping foot into the dealership I have had nothing but great experiences. This is now my second vehicle purchased from Capitol Expressway Ford and once again I had a smooth, transparent, and easy transaction. I want to give a special thanks to the Manager, Rick Martinez, for taking care of me through the process as well as the knowledgeable salesman, Daniel Pham. I was very impressed by the professionalism of these two men and I definitely recommend that you see them personally if you need anything. They delivered on everything that they said they would do and no games were played during this purchase, nor my first purchase. What also made this a 5 STAR experience was the customer service. The next morning after the purchase of my vehicle, I received a call from Capitol Expressway Ford asking me how I was doing and if I was content with my purchase...content doesnt even begin to explain it, I am ecstatic with my new Fusion! Just the fact that they gave me a call to check in to see how things were doing made me happy that I went with them. Now, I was very happy from just that one phone call, but then they went above and beyond, UPS knocked on my door the next morning and thats when I was handed a package from Capitol Expressway Ford. The package was a nice little surprise of chocolate covered strawberries from the dealership! The only thing that they couldve done better was if they delivered me a strawberry shortcake (thats my favorite). Regardless, I highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism and customer care. P.S. I accidentaly left my wallet and passport in my vehicle that I traded-in and I didnt even realize it because I was so excited with my new fusion. After getting halfway home (I live a few hours away) I realized I left my wallet and passport in the car. I then called up the dealership and explained the situation to Rick Martinez. He then overnight shipped the wallet and passport to me that day! THANK YOU! 5 STAR WORTHY
