"Dont Go Here People!"

No matter what you see on here from Costa Mesa Nissan, Stay Away! These people are completely dishonest. Theyll waste your time and will switch on you. Last week we were on our way to dealer, thinking we were picking up my new car. We verified with the dealer 3 times in the week to make sure everything was in order, and had a cashiers check ready to go. We came all the way from Pasadena and fought traffic to get there. As soon as we got there, they pulled a bait and switch on us and even tried to justify their awful behavior. After we left, we contacted two other dealers about what happened and they said its something Costa Mesa does routinely. I wound up getting a better deal from another Nissan dealership, even though I had to get another cashiers check prepared, which takes about 2-3 days. Point is, dont ever go to Costa Mesa. Theyre a very shady dealership. They will take advantage of you and will waste your time, no matter where you come from. Just do yourself a favor and go to another Nissan dealership. Youll thank yourself later.
