"A Pleasant Buying Experience!"

After months of test driving a variety of cars, I made the decision to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek. The team at Ladin Subaru were friendly, helpful and patient with answering all of my questions about the vehicle. I got a great deal on the Crosstrek and a very thorough lesson on all the features of the car. I was impressed. Thank you Harris and Gary for the wonderful customer service! "Making It Right"

Not everything always goes the way it should. I had that experience briefly at Ladin but once the Sales Manager stepped in, I was very impressed. I explained the issue and immediately everything was resolved. That is what makes the difference to me in the ultimate measure of customer satisfaction. I will be buying my next Subaru here at Ladin.

"Both Good And Disappointing"

Small dealership to the point where their space is not sufficient. Think they are expanding.- Generally nice people - easy buying process. I bought an outback new - -great experience. Then i bought a certified pre-owned impreza and things were not as great -- There was 1 minor adjustment (plastic around fog light sticking out) that was supposed to be made before delivery of the car -- When i picked up the car, that was not fixed. Then i learned that they did not fill the tank (gave me only a quarter tank - disappointing) - And, they only gave me 1 key for the car - -I was told that when they do a certification, everything is restored to condition like new - They should have ordered a second key for me - So now i have to bring car back for body fix and order a second key at my cost - This is not about the money - it is the little things like this that make a first class car dealer - I have bought 2 cars from them and they do not want to go the extra mile for me which is little or cost to them -- disappointing
