I came in for a car I found with True Car with my Fiance but did not like it in person. After hearing what I was looking for, Ken and Josh presented me with a better option for a great price. Then my Fiance was able to get a lease buyout and we drove off the lot with 2 Great New Cars! Very satisfied with the personal service we received. Josh was awesome with our 3 year old who was a little cranky after being there for hours. At the end of the day, extremely pleased with how the whole car buying experience went down. I helped my father pick out a new vehicle today. Our sales rep was a young man named Toby Pena . Toby was very professional and very patient going over the features on my fathers new Jetta. He answered all our questions and made sure my father understood everything and was a 100% happy throughout the whole process. We didnt feel pressured into buying a vehicle from him (like you normally would be by a sales rep) and that was probably the most important thing to us. No complaints about any of the staff members. Would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.

This dealership is quick to sell you a car but try getting in touch with someone by phone from their finance department. I left many voice messages on multiple different peoples phones, including the department manager and nobody ever returns a call. I finally had to leave work early to physically go to the dealership to talk to someone.

The car buying experience was beyond horrible. You are told you are 100% approved. Then they say you just need to come back the next day to sign one more paper. You are left sitting there for 40 minutes before a Manager comes out to tell you there is a problem and they will put you in a NEW car and that is 100% Approved and not need to come back for anything else. Two days later you get a call saying from the "Finance Manager" we need additional documents in a rude way as he is making you uncomfortable. We ended up returning the car as we did not need a new car that bad. Since then no phone call from the General Manager nothing.

After she test drove it, we sat down with Bob, and then the Finance Manager, John Kent, to complete the transaction. I had been to many dealerships in the past few weeks trying to get approved for a new car and kept being declined because of my negative equity position. The GM (Jared I believe is his name) came out, shook my hand and told me that he would make something happen. He ended up taking my payment from 572 a month on a civic to a 2014 VW Jetta TDI at 469 a month. He made magic.. I was assuming another decline would happen. If you are unsure that you will be approved, this place will approve you. Great experience with the salesman as well. I worked with a gentlemen named Jordan. He was awesome! Thank you Autofair VW!

Immediately walking in I was greeted by multiple people that made sure I was being taken care of. I met with Kyle LaChance and was initially nervous. I dont have great credit, and while pre-approved, I wasnt sure how far that pre-approval got me. Kyle was awesome. He explained everything that was happening and what he needed to do to get my into a car. He listed to my concerns, answered all my questions, and honestly couldnt have been better. After not a lot of paperwork, we were test driving a 2013 Jetta TDI, the one I was wanting when I originally reached out to them. Afterwards we discussed terms and I pulled the trigger.
