I bought a Chevy Colorado this time from a Chevy dealer in Chino and I still bring my truck here for the oil change. I love LHM service and guys that assist me. I will continue to bring all my cars here and will buy a Tundra next instead of a Chevy. That was a mistake.

I had a scheduled appointment, and was surprised that the length of time it took to service my vehicle (oil change) took longer than usual. Total time waited from point of check in to when my vehicle was driven out was approx. an hour and fifteen min. I guess it was a busy day?

What initially started out as just a "visit" to see what you had turned out to "buying" a car. Everyone at you place were very pleasant and very helpful. Never felt pressure into anything. Jeremy, Joe and Joe in finance where very professional until the end. We even got a surprise the next day when we received a call from finance to inform us they were able to get us a better deal on the rate. We are customers of Puente Hills Toyota and now we have made you are new dealer. We will definitely be coming back.

I brought my van in for repair of a recall. When I brought it in they told me there was another recall to be done. He didnt think he was going to be able to do the second recall repair because of having to order parts. To my surprise, when I got the call that my van was ready, I was told both recall repairs were completed!! I was overjoyed because this meant I wasnt going to have to be without a car a second day!

I brought my 2013 Tacoma in for the 45k mile recommended service. I met with Service Advisor Paul Gottenbos, who was awesome. He kept me informed as to the progress of the repair and even assisted me by speaking with the parts department about replacing a bolt cap which had been stolen from my bumper. Matt and Starla were both amazing. I was very honest about not wanting to go to the dealership because it took forever and I didnt want to do haggling. Starla was very patient and responsive. We communicated via text prior to my visit. Matt spoke to me on his day off and sent me pics of the trucks and stickers. They both explained to me all the options and the pricing. We even texted about out the door pricing and est monthly payments. Finally the day came to visit the dealership. We test drove the truck and made up our mind within an hour with pricing. Due to receiving a flyer in the mail I became aware of this dealership, then as I was interested in buying a 2017 Toyota 86, I visited the dealerships website where a dialog box opened up offering to help with any questions I might have which simplified everything. The model with the features I was interested in was available, so an appointment was made with Michael Aboody. Mr. Aboody is friendly and personable while also being professional. He made purchasing the car a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Sergio in finance continued the friendly and relaxed experience as did the manager who honored the advertisement I received in the mail. The advertisement was to add $1000 to the trade in value of the older car. I will definitely recommend Larry H. Miller to my family and friends and will be having all of my 86s service needs taken care of at Larry H. Miller. This dealership has a customer for life! I really appreciate the friendly and professionalism as well as the honesty of the staff.
