Went to check out the eGolf, and really liked it. I had checked out several electric cars, including the BMW, Leaf, 500e, and I already own the Prius plug in. The eGolf is a better driving than all the others, even the BMW, and I am a BMW fan! Well, They gave me such a good deal I couldnt resist! I now enjoy driving an eGolf back and forth as a commuter and enjoying it!!

I had a great experience at Norm Reeves VW and would and have recommended them already, Robert was very helpful and was not the kind of salesman where you feel yourself being pressured to some other car other than the one your interested in, I had limited funds and Robert went to bat for me to get the car at the price I was stuck at, he kept trying and was I happy he did! The financing was fast and easy and the person I was with was very funny, which even made that experience enjoyable if you can believe that! All in all, everyone I came in contact with was very courteous and helpful.

This was by far the easiest purchasing experience I have ever had. The car was exactly as advertised on line. The trade in value received was higher than KBB and AutoTrader had guaranteed. The Sales team was professional, helpful, respectful, and never applied one ounce of pressure. The finance team gave us multiple options and helped us find the best package to fit our budget. All of this and we were in and out the door in under three hours! An incredible experience that has earned lifelong customers.

Robert Yang is a professional and friendly salesman. He negotiated until there was a mutual agreement. This was the second purchase of the VW Tiguan. The first one was bought at another VW dealer and that car came with unacceptable tires and due to not being able to have these tires changed at the original dealer as requested by me, the car was brought to Irvine VW dealership, and the tires were changed and the problem was solved immediately. When it came time to make a decison about another car, this was the dealership of choice. Robert even gave a handful of candy.

I went on to the Norm Reeves website to look at some of the cars and gave my information for someone to call me and TJ called me in what seemed like 5 minutes. He was very professional and wasnt pushy at all. I was looking at a couple used cars so he offered to let me test drive the few that I was interested in. I got a service appointment on short notice for the preferred date and time. The service was fast and to my full satisfaction. Customer service rep Tom Brucks was very courteous and friendly and called me on my cell to let me know the car was ready, while I was walking my dog in the vicinity. My car got a courtesy wash at no charge, which was much appreciated - and needed.

Norm Snyder helped me when I dropped off my Volkswagen Turbo Beetle for my 20,000 mile service-he was SOOO wonderful! Very helpful, accommodating, polite, professional, and knowledgable. Just an absolute pleasure to deal with! Tom Brucks was there in the evening when my car was ready to pick up. He was just as wonderful to deal with. He explained "what was next" with regard to service of my car, and even went out of his way to explain some of the features of my car to me that I didnt know about! Peter Fay, the shuttle driver, was just as wonderful! Extremely polite, professional, and accommodating. Robert Yang and Johnnie Perez are the funniest, most honest dynamic duo. They really went above and beyond to help me out. I have to admit that I was an extremely difficult customer since it was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Although I shopped around at a lot of dealerships, I didnt know what car I wanted, what my price range was, what features were important to me or whether I wanted to lease or buy. Regardless, Robert and Johnnie treated me like royalty, helped me figure out my options, gave detailed advice as well as tips, and never became frustrated with me. They actually took the time to help me unlike the other dealerships Ive been to. Props are especially given to Robert since he had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with me most (ha-ha). He was especially knowledgeable in all the different features and gave lots of demonstrations. Both Robert and Johnnie were kind, and their sense of humor alleviated some of the stress associated with making such a large purchase. The two gained my trust through their patience, honesty as well as understanding—they completely changed the stereotype I had of the pushy, greedy car salesman because they really considered my best interests. They stayed way past their shift, delivered my car, gave me candy as well as an awesome free VW key chain, and even offered me Starbucks! Robert and Johnnie spoiled me rotten and the team as a whole treated me like family. Martell even took the time to teach me how to drive using the DSG while I was behind the wheel (since I do not know how to drive stick). Never in my life have I received such good customer service or met anyone so nice. I very much I appreciate all of their help! The only downside was the incredibly pushy finance guy named Reza (who refused to listen when I told him several times that I did not want the extended warrantee), but he didn’t ruin my overall exceptional experience with the Volkswagen team. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends, family, and colleagues. Love my GTI!

We had a great experience at the new Norm Reeves VW. We didnt initially have our trade in with us so we completed our purchase over the course of a few days. We got to work with two knowledgable and friendly sales reps, Johnnie Perez and Robert Yang. Both were very helpful and genuinely interested in getting to know us and help us find something that met our goals. Wrapping it up, Dan helped us seal the deal and drive away in our new Tiguan.
