Our salesman Brian Chrastil took the time to answer our questions regarding the autos we were interested in. He appeared to be knowledgeable and when we purchased the vehicle, he assisted us in registering with OnStar and explained the various features available with the car. We later discovered two issues (a chip in the windshield and a non-working cd player). The Norm Reeves Buick staff was extremely responsive. Brian, Gary Koch, Shauna May, and the Service team took our concerns seriously and worked quickly to resolve them.
