I purchased a 2005 Lexus RX330 SUV on Aug 10, 2016 from American Motors. I was able to do about 90% of my research on this car and complete a credit app Online thru the American Motors website. The staff responded to my inquiry and credit app within hours. I was able to pull the CARFAX history and VIN No. on this car from cars.coms website and American Motors before ever showing up to test drive the car. This enabled me to contact my insurance agent immediately to get an idea of what my new payments would be. I was without a car when I took the bus to test drive the car at American Motors. I called Ali (Gen Mgr.) that I would be late because the bus was late. He offered to come by and pick me up at the bust stop. He went the extra mile for me and even drove the car I wanted to the bus stop to pick me up. Ali was professional and answered all of my questions. Since I was able to do so much Online beforehand, the process of test driving and buying this car took about 90 minutes or so. This process included Ali going over the paperwork and the financing with me. The car I wanted looked just like the Online pics. (exterior and interior). I test drove the car and was at peace with the purchase. Ali included a free 3 mo. warranty on engine and transmission. This tells me they are honest, serious and that they believe in the quality of the cars they sell. He also offered me a low cost supplemental GAP insurance should I ever need it if car gets totaled in an accident-this insurance pays 20%. They have great certified mechanics that check out the cars and prep them for sale beforehand. I would encourage you to consider researching a car with American Motors before looking elsewhere. What a great experience this was, especially if you are like me finding yourself skeptical about purchasing used or pre-owned cars nowadays.

These guys are great, Ali the Sales Mgr. was great. He showed me my first option that I saw online (Nissan Sentra 2009) and then gave me another option of car (Hyundai Elantra). He gave backgrounds on both the cars and we even test drive each one of them. I end up chosen the Hyundai and the price is great. Ali the Gen. Mgr. did my finance and was very accommodating, Both Alis gave great customer service. I would definitely recommend to my friends and families.
