This was my annual checkup. Only one anomaly -- the right rear passenger door electronic lock / unlock feature did not work. It required a new actuator which had to be backordered. The new actuator came in and the repairs were completed in a timely fashion.

Standard maintenance/systems check/oil change. Quick check-in process. I waited in the dealership until my car was done. It took only a little more than 1 hour. In the meantime I got a green tea and I was comfortably and uninterrupted reading in a specialist book. I got a courtesy car wash for my car, too. Everyone was polite and obliging.

Just bought a Volt from them. It was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. The dealership responded quickly to my online inquiry, but did not bombard me with extraneous emails or calls like all the other Chevy dealerships I contacted. I was not certain if my houses electrical system could handle the load of charging the Volt, and they offered for me to take the car home for a day to try it out. (Charging turned out not to be a problem.) I did my research in advance and knew exactly what I wanted to pay for the car bottom line - a good price that still gave the dealership a reasonable margin. I negotiated the price via email before coming back with the car, and at the dealership they presented me with paperwork that matched the final negotiated price very closely. I came with an approved loan - they asked what rate I had secured but didnt try to talk me into financing through Chevrolet instead. They didnt even try to sell me any extras that I hadnt already requested. They completed the sales paperwork very expeditiously - all very straightforward, professional, no gimmicks. They offered to spend as much time as I wanted explaining the details of how the car works, even after I had already signed all the paperwork, and it was late in the evening and they probably just wanted to go home. The salespeople I dealt with were Terry and Antoine - both very straightforward. (Of course, if you walk into any dealership without knowing in advance exactly how much you are going to pay and without your financing lined up, then youre going to pay too much.)

The 2015 Impala Limited has a few problems; air vents on dashboard, cruise control, radio control on wheel are broken. The car also make rubbing noises when making left and right sharp turns and last it has a stinky cigar smell that I have been able to get rid of it after cleaning the interior many times; Wife, Kids, and Friends do not want ride in my car because the cigar smell. In addition, the transmission and power steering fluid were almost empty; both are filled properly now after buying fluid. I am very disappointed at Momentum for selling a car is such state, I always consider this dealer honest and reliable when selling used cars. The good thing is that I bought an extended warranty to fix all this problems, but service said there is a 30-day waiting period before I could submit a claim.
