I want to give a shout out to Charlene who was very helpful and professional. She was very patient and help me with the quote and decide on which car to lease. When I finally went to the dealership, Anisa took really good care of me. She made sure the vehicle was ready, explained the features, and took care of the paperwork. After that Richard Johnson finished up with the financial part and get the contract signed in no time. Overall, everyone at Tarrytown Honda was amazing. Two thumbs up.

A week after this major service some idiot lights went off on the car as I was driving home. I called , they said to bring it in. I cAme , they immediately looked at the car & said it was a sensor. Gave me a price, I was on my way home within the hour. This is why we are on our 3rd Honda. Thank you

After visiting multiple Honda dealerships and not having great experiences, Tarrytown Honda was a big relief. Everyone was helpful, kind, and honest. Victor was very helpful from start to finish. I appreciated that he texted me, which is much more convenient than calls during the work day, letting me know updates and any information I needed to know. He was also very responsive to any questions I had.

I worked with Neil a couple hours between reviewing my criteria, going over car features, and test drive and he was not only knowledgable, patient, funny, and easy going,- he NEVER ONCE made me feel pressured, neither did Bill. It was so easy to do business with them. I owned my last Honda 7 years (my second Honda) and had also purchased from Tarrytown Honda at the time since Nanuet Honda (who was the seller of my first Honda) did not want to offer me any decent deals. I would be happy to suggest Tarrytown Honda, as well as the associates I worked with throughout the sale from receptionist to various staff members I engaged in conversations with.
