My daughter and I could not be more thrilled with our 2018 Chevy Equinox — and the incredible service shown to us by the entire staff at Copeland Chevrolet in Brockton. A huge thank you to the General Manager, Jason Pappas for all of his assistance and our wonderful salesperson, Matt Schiller who answered all of our questions (even the silly ones) and took his time with us. No one was pushy or tried to give us the big "salesperson sell"! A big shout-out to the entire staff for their welcoming nature and kindness! Waste of time. Saw a vehicle advertised at a good price. When I inquired they told me that was not a real purchase price. It hinged on many rebates most people will not qualify for. I asked for a best and final price and it was nowhere near the internet advertising.

Emailed them about a specific truck they had advertised but when the young lady called me the truck had been sold...But there were other one that were similar she said that she would email me a list of the other Silverados right away...Well its been a week now and still waiting also I specifically asked if the trucks were a double cab or crew cab at least 3 times with the "custom" trim package she told me they were crew cabs...But the "custom" trim package is only available on the double cab not the crew cab as I need a crew not a double

I called at the end of the week and spoke with the manager. I asked if a specific vehicle was in stock, still. He checked and said yes. I told him that I would not be able to make it in for 2 days due to how far away it was to me. I stressed the fact that I am highly interested in this vehicle and that I was almost positive I would be putting in an offer, I just wanted to test drive it. I asked if he would hold it till I came in. He said yes and he couldnt wait to meet me. I set up a time to come in and verified it the night before. Again, making sure they were holding the car for me. The day I went in my name was on the welcome board, I thought that was a nice touch. I went in and said hi, that I had an appointment. They pulled out my paperwork with the car I was looking for and got me a salesman. A minute later our saleman comes back to us and says "Im sorry, that vehicle was just sold half an hour ago here are other cars that are similar" wait.. What? I got up and left. That is NOT how you do business. I set up an appointment for a specific vehicle, I went to my said appointment on time. I was told by the manager that they were holding it for me. I wasted gas and time driving to them to find out they sold it while I was on my way up there! I will never do business with this company and I will be informing all friends and family to do the same. Very disappointed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the interactions that I had with Russell Grant (salesman), Jason Pappas (general manager) and Steve (business manager). I was seriously looking to buy a new car for my wife for Christmas and had actually spent a few days tire kicking at quite a few dealers. I had narrowed our vehicle preferences down to either a Ford Explorer or a Chevrolet Impala, depending on whether my wife preferred an SUV type vehicle (Explorer) or a full size sedan (Impala). I am not the type of person to buy on a first visit. I like to view whats available, visit a lot of dealerships, get a feel for the people at the dealership, etc. I was impressed when Jason came out to speak to me after my first visit and test drive of an Impala at Copeland, but did not put any hard pressure on to make a deal immediately. He made it known that he wanted to sell me a car, but he did it without being too pushy. Copeland Chevrolet was actually one of the last dealerships that I actually visited, but my initial impression was favorable enough that I put them on my short list for round 2 of my vehicle shopping, which was the point at which I had already been approved by my bank for financing at a nice, low rate (3.24 percent) and ready to actually drag my wife around in order for her to test drive the vehicles and make the final decision. Our decision day came (Thursday, December 10th) and my wife and I started hitting the various dealers on my short list. She actually drove the Impala first, was suitably impressed and showed a preference toward the highest trim level (2LTZ). We then headed to the Ford dealership that had an Explorer that was on my short list, went into the showroom for assistance and waited and waited and waited and waited. We couldnt find a soul in sales. Some lady in a second floor office window kept looking at us, but obviously didnt summon anyone to help us. We then went to Copeland Chevrolet and she test drove the vehicle that we ultimately bought, but we didnt buy immediately. We decided to try that Ford dealer one last time, found someone willing to put a dealer plate on the Explorer, she test drove it and.................her personal preference went to the Explorer by a slight margin. Truth be told, she really enjoyed both vehicles. Now came time to chat with the manager at the Ford dealership. The salesman I had dealt with in previous days was supposed to be there from noon time on, but was a no-show. OK, things happen and we are now talking with the manager anyway. Hes higher in authority, so I figure this is better. Well, any thoughts of a deal quickly blew up when he openly questioned my veracity when I told him that I had offers from other Ford dealerships on the same vehicle/option package that were clearly $700 to $750 lower than his. Rather than sharpen his pencil and do some extra math, he opts to sit and argue with me on whether or not these other Ford dealerships really offered the prices that I mentioned. It may have been a negotiating tactic on his part, but it just rubbed me the wrong way. My wife and I then started down the road toward Ford dealer #2 with the offer currently sitting at $750 lower than Ford dealer #1. I get five minutes down the road while my wife and I are both flabbergasted at what we perceived as disrespectful conduct by the manager at Ford dealer #1. Already a bit incensed at how we were treated, I then started explaining to my wife that I was also a bit miffed at how Ford treats veterans with incentives. Ford only gives a veteran discount if you are active duty, retired or within a few months of actual discharge date. Chevrolet was not pulling that crap. Their discount worked to the benefit of all veterans, even old goats like me that got discharged over thirty years ago. At that point, my wife says that her preference for the Explorer wasnt that much over the Impala, so lets skip Ford and start negotiations with the Chevrolet dealers. Agreed!! We decided to return to Copeland C

Had my first experience with your service department on this vehicle and I have absolutely no complaints because it couldnt have been any easier. Inez was great with her assistance. She had the loaner car ready for me as promised and the fix on my car was done much faster than I had expected since there was a chance that the dash would have to be opened up. No complaints here thanks to the efficiency of your service department.

Impala 2LT Sales crew was good & helpful. Only negatives: they seemed to try to hurry my decision on which car to buy. Once I bought car, the features were not explained that well. I am still reading the manual to find out how to use features. I would have deliberated a little more on which of the cars I had viewed.

I visited Copeland after seeing a listing for a Chevy volt online. The overall experience was great. Everyone I dealt with were really personable with no hard sales tactics. They beat two other dealerships on pricing, and made the process as easy as possible. The only small complaint is that the online ad for the car had a large rebate included that I didnt qualify for, but I found thats typical for most dealerships (at least Copeland doesnt include trade in amounts for their online prices, which a lot of others do!). Ill definitely be calling up Tony at Copeland for my next car.

"Best Salespeople"
I was just looking but ending up buying because of the salespeople. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and considerate. I did not feel pressured to look, buy or test drive. Everything was geared to what I needed and wanted. When I test drove the Malibu I was reminded to drive like I normally do. To hit the gas, stop on a dime so to speak, go to any road and anywhere I wanted to. To actually drive the car. in the process of moving stuff from my old car to this one I forgot a whole section. When I went back for registration I was given a bag full of the stuff I had forgotten. The salespeople couldnt be more considerate of my emotions in helping me to adjust from a car I had had with my husband to one that I will now have by myself. Several days after I had possession of the vehicle I received a call from William asking if I had any questions about anything having to do with the car. Did I have any trouble using any of the features? Did I need instructions on how to use anything? That follow up call meant a whole lot. This dealership and the salespeople get two thumbs up from me. As well as recommendations to friends and family..

I was looking to trade in my 2010 Chevy Malibu but was undecided as to what kind of car I wanted. I saw two 2014 Chevy Impalas that interested me. The first dealership I went to took forever to finally realize the vehicle was not on the lot but if I would come back in 2 days they would have it for me to test drive, needless to say I left with no intentions of returning.....The second impala was at Copeland Chevrolet in Brockton. I was greeted immediately and introduced to my salespeson Eduardo Peralta. Within minutes I was test driving the vehicle. We negotiated for a bit and came to a deal that I was more than satisfied with. I drove my new car home on Saturday and returned on Tuesday for the registration, inspection sticker and a couple of minor items that needed to be addressed on the new vehicle. All in all I am very happy with the my salesman Eduardo, and Steve in the finance office but mostly I LOVE MY NEW IMPALA...Thank you Copeland Chevrolet
