Spoke with dennis; he was horrible. I was going to make an out of state purchase but he couldnt promise the title delivery in 30 days. Decided to buy from an instate dealer instead.

I contacted them by Cars.com but st the same time they send my request to different dealers and this one was the last one to send me information about 4 days after And told me the car I request has been sold they dont ask me if I want a different

Unorganized and not helpful. People answering the phones do not care. They say they will call back but dont. At least the facility no longer looks like the DMV.

I returned to Palo Alto Audi to buy a second Certified Used Audi. Luan, the salesman who helped me, was most knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He helped me select a Q3 whch suits my needs and taste. He also provided excellent follow-up when an item on the car turned out to need a replacement and repair. Compliments also to the service consultant, Justin, who took care of verifying the problem, and having the necessary part ordered and replaced. He was careful to make sure all was done correctly.

Not realistic with used cars. They want more than full book and dont want to deal. Assume that "do you wanna see what we can do for you" is code for... The price is the price and the tax is the tax.

Although they are in the middle on a construction project, I was really impressed with how nice and friendly everyone was. They excused the mess, and showed me their plans for the new building. Their prices were great, and they really made it easy to buy a car from them. I wasnt 100% ready to buy a car the day I went it, but they kept me informed and a couple of weeks later when I finally made a decision, it was a super easy process. Would suggest giving them a try if your looking for a new Audi. Thanks Audi Palo Alto. I love my New S3. Fast, Fun and a great deal. Coco

I am currently a student at San Jose state with only one year left so my parents had decided they wanted to help me with the lease of a new Audi A3 TDI. I went to my local dealer and was a little bummed on how I didnt get much help... So I did some research, and found Audi Palo Alto and talked to a wonderful lady on the phone, she was really helpful so i decided to make a trip to the dealership. Wow, for being under construction and literally in a huge tent, they were absolutely amazing! Everyone was so helpful and organized! I was so surprised considering the circumstances. I absolutely love my Audi and it gets such good gas mileage. So happy with my experience here!! So I promised a review. Thanks Mom and Dad for the new car. These guys are fantastic! I had a hard time getting my vehicle serviced at a nearby facility and these guys were able to get me in on a Friday! Everywhere I went within the dealership-- their staff opened doors for me (chivalry is not dead) and asked if I needed anything-- which made me feel very welcomed. The complimentary pastries in the waiting area were delicious as well. Thanks guys!

Bought a used A3 in mint condition from Audi in Palo Alto and it was a really simple, quick process. I wasnt anticipating such a easy car buying experience but the employees were all super nice and helpful, and dealership was overall excellent. Definitely would recommend.

i watched their video on their website about how they would come to your work and bring it back to you fully serviced before lunch. i was very skeptical about the time frame and the quality of the repairs, cause i had never heard of this dealership. i gave them a call and spoke with a friendly receptionist and within 20 minutes a man was at my work asking for me and my keys. these guys really came through i didn’t think i would have my car back by lunch be they did, and the repairs were fantastic. very satisfied, going to tell my wife about it.

I was recommended from a friend of mine to check this place out. And my god i am happy i listened to him! I didn’t even have to leave work! i heard about this dealership that will drive to you and pick your car up, have it serviced, and back to you before lunch. wow! they really did it! i was very surprised by how friendly the man was who came to pick my car up, along with the quality of repairs! this was a great experience. i am recommending this place to all my friends and colleagues.

some serious damage done to one of my cars, had taken it to these guys not really expecting much but a normal dealership experience. None the less I actually had a fun time, the staff is great and seemed like they were always in a good mood and happy to help you. Was surprised by how quickly my car had been serviced and was even more surprised by how well the service was preformed. Not usually a person who wants to deal with dealerships but this one was fun and not bad haha. Thanks again!

I was looking for a used black A3 for a while now, searching all over the internet for the perfect car. One day on my way to work i stumbled upon the new Audi dealership, i decided to check it out. The service and staff was extremely friendly. Very efficient on my time schedule, they never kept me waiting longer than 2 minutes. After about 45 minutes of talking to a nice young man about cars, i find myself driving out of the dealership in the car of my dreams! Thank you Audi Palo Alto! Shopped on line for a used car, and found a used Audi…When I actually started researching Audi I was really surprised with their quality and performance. I ended up finding a used Audi at the Palo Alto dealer (New I guess) They showed me everything, and I finally settled on a New A5… What a great car… Fit and finish was very good, and the styling was superior to anything else on the market. I got ready to battle the dealer….Rolled up my sleeves, and prepared to deal. 10 Min’s later I had a really fair deal, and a really easy purchase. I did take a little while to get all the paperwork done, but considering how busy they were, It was cool. Really nice people, and seems to actually care. Would recommend, and hope their service department is as good as my sales experience.
