I took my 2015 Mini in for routine maintenance with Josh Gates. Quick easy check-in (as always). I got a courtesy shuttle ride back home and in a few hours received a call from Josh letting me know my car was ready. Went to pick up the car and while waiting, my husband was checking out the showroom and started talking to "Rockstar" about a few cars. Long story short, we traded in our current lease. which still had 10 months left on it, got into a 2017 2 door hardtop S, (which is the same car I had before but it was a base model, no frills) with lots of bells and whistles for only $11 more a month and only $400 down!!! "Rockstar" worked his magic with Karen Thompson in finance and got us a great deal. We kept them there until 10:00 pm after everyone had already left except the manager and they still walked us out with smiles on their faces...now thats what you call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Definitely visit Bob Smith Mini and ask for "Rockstar" and you too will have an excellent experience.

A joy from start to end. Motoring advisor was knowledgeable, experienced in MINIs, helpful, and fun. I found the car that was almost exactly what I wanted, and found a way to make it the perfect car for me. That would not have happened at any other dealership. All the other people I met were also in full support mode. I was well cared for.

This was the summer that everything went wrong with my Mini, in June I had to have the coolant system replaced, and in July I had to replace my clutch and then a week later my power steering motor went out. My Mini has 110,000 miles on it and I know things start to go wrong but on a teachers salary my funds are limited. The Dealer closest to me was unfriendly and quoted me an outrageous price so I called Josh at Bob Smith Mini and he worked hard to get me a good price. Josh was kind and he got my car in right away and the price was the best around. I will never go anywhere but Bob Smith Mini for my car repairs!

Since they had been so great in service (thanks Josh!), I figured they deserved the opportunity to sell me a new car. I spent most of the afternoon there, trying many models and types, and ultimately settled on the newly redesigned Mini Clubman. This thing drives much more like a BMW than a Mini. "A Terrible Experience With Bob Smith Bmw"

My daughter was interested in a 2012 Mini and had met with Robert "Rockstar" several times about one particular used Mini. She went back one final time and asked that my wife and I drive up to see the car and complete the deal. Rockstar took me for a last test drive. He did explain that there was another buyer also interested in the car but told my daughter she had "dibs" on the car if she wanted it. After my test drive, we all sat down to conclude the deal. My daughter was so excited to own this beautiful car. Just as we were about to begin the paperwork, the manager, Chris Knutson, walked in and said that the other party already was already buying the car and took the keys from Rockstar! This, after two days of our daughter working out a deal with Rockstar! This after we drove up from Northridge to close the deal. This, after our daughter was told by their rep that she had first dibs on the car! She was crushed. Chris simply said that the law allowed him to do this, knowing full well that my daughter was interested since the day before and that we were ready to conclude the deal. When I contacted the general manager about this, she seemed to understand our upset and said theyd make good to find her a car of "equal or better" value. In the weeks that followed this clearly didnt happen and we were basically ignored from then on. This is a terrible place to do business with!

I just purchased a (barely) used 2014 Mini Clubman there and couldnt be more pleased,let alone pleasantly surprised, by the relative ease of the experience. Robert aka "Rockstar" really does rock. He is everything a salesperson should be: laid-back but extremely knowledge, professional but extremely caring and empathetic. Buying a car is normally a stressful process, especially during the price-haggling phase. But in Rockstars capable hands, the experience was (I kid you not) an absolute pleasure. Same goes for Eddie, the gentlemanly financial manager, who made the final portion of the sale -- the portion I usually dread -- a relatively stress-free occasion. He laid out all my options in great detail, never once resorting to high-pressure salesmanship to get his points across. Long story short: great experience at a great dealership.

I just bought a 2015 Countyman from Bob Smith because my wife bought her BMW from Bob Smith up the street and I really was interested in the Mini Cooper, but I waited until I was in a car accident and then I no choice to get my Mini!! He explained everything about them, the car, had me test drive a couple different ones and most of all got my payments to where I wanted them!
