I just leased a new Volvo from Rusnak Westlake Volvo and worked with sales associate Larry Gootkin. I had some very specific options and color combinations I was looking for, and Larry was really patient and determined to find the exact car I was looking for. There was never any pressure or incentives presented to get me into a car I really didnt want. We were successful, and I am really happy with my new Volvo. I was returning a past leased Volvo, and the process was really quite easy. The new lease documents were explained very well, and Rusnak and Larry worked with me on the lease terms to get me to a price point I was expecting to pay. Very satisfied with the experience

Working with Larry over at Rusnak Westlake Volvo was impressive. Larry was super personable, friendly and incredibly knowledgable. Above all, Larry was interested in what my concerns were and actually listened. He and Frank gave us an amazing deal. Not sure how they pulled it off, but I got the exact car I wanted for a great price. I test drove a few cars until we figured out what we wanted and Larry was so helpful about the whole process. Even the finance guy was super cool!

We had been loyal Calabasas Volvo customers for years and when Calabasas closed, we thought wed give Rusnak Volvo a try. We were so glad we did! From beginning to end, our experience with Larry at Rusnak was a true pleasure. We love the S60, as well as the deal we received...And, on a personal note, when we found out about a touching personal connection (My husband having worked for Larrys brother-in-law in their younger days) it cheered us even more! Thank you to Larry and Frank in the sales department. They went over and above to find our new Volvo V60. Not only did they find the car, they travel 100 miles to pick up the vehicle and have ready for delivery in time for my wifes birthday. And if that was not enough they got us a good deal on a hot selling model. This is the second car that we have purchased from Larry and Frank, and both have been a pleasant experience. We have nothing but good things to say about Rusnak Volvo in Westlake Village, there service department is also excellent.
