Arrived at dealership on my way home; it seemed that the salesman was annoyed because I did not have an appointment; I was passed off to some one new. I thought I struck a deal for a test drive but when I made arrangements for this on Sunday I got stood up by the salesman. To rub salt in the wound, I was contacted by a sales manager who wanted to chastise me for not coming for the road test when I had been there between 8:55-9:20 am waiting on the salesman. I even had to call my ride back to come and get me from the dealership. Later that day I was told that someone might be driving the car to me but this did not happen either. This was not a good experience.

I was checking my mail and I saw that I got a letter for capital one stating that I may be eligible for auto loan with victory auto group. I rsvpd said a prayer and walk down the road to this fine establishment decked with what seemed like an unlimited selection of vehicles. Chino spotted me when I was speaking with the lady at the front desk. He took me with him and he asked me all important questions a car dealer would ask. Long story short like magic Chino with the help of his team was able to elevate my status to an insured car owner. I am very happy and I am looking forward to doing business with this group for years to to come. Great costumer service, comfortable environment and friendly staff members you cant ask for more.

I do not understand how they managed to keep up the stars in this site, but everywhere else but here seems to be telling the truth. DO NOT GO HERE. I was looking for a used car which I called in advance to see if I can come in the next day to see it. Once I got there, the car is sold and cannot be found. BTW you have to fill out your finance information beforehand. I found another car that has similar specs as the other one that is supposedly sold and took it to a test drive. Everything was good and the I really liked how laid back the dealer was. He asked me couple questions to gauge my interest in the vehicle but nothing pushy (something like "what would make me to walk out of here with a car today?" and I was of course low balling since this wasnt the last place I was searching for a car). The problem happened when we got back from the driving. General manager, George, came over and start talking to me. All he said to me for 20-30 mins was how my lowballing price that I said almost without thinking just does not exist in the market - world-wide at that. I said OK, I get it. I was expecting him to move the conversation else where but all he did was brag about his "21 years of experience" in car dealing and that kind of a deal just does not exist and I gotta do my homework. HA okay, obviously I didnt do my homework of reading reviews for this place before I visited, so my bad. Otherwise I wouldnt have even came in to this place and ruined my Saturday. Waste of time, effort, and gas to even go to this place. Take your valued business else where.

My wifes car died. NOT good. What was worse...our credit wasnt up-to-par. We tried other dealers and got turned down. Then we came to Victory! Chino greeted us like we were Stars! He told us to be positive and he promised us he would get us a car. It took a little while...But he kept his word! He never gave up! We got our car!!! It looks great, and the payment is very reasonable. Chino, youre the BEST!!!

I have been searching and searching for a vehicle for a very long time. Almost every where I went I was told the same thing. I was told that I needed better credit or I was missing some documentation or I could not find a reasonable insurance with my age and new license. As a first time car buyer, I expected my experience to be daunting but I was pleasantly surprised of how efficient and smooth the entire process was. I was approved, obtained car insurance and was driving out of the lot with a brand new car in less than 90 minutes.
