Im a 24 year old female and this is the only place I felt was not trying to take advantage of my lack of experience purchasing a vehicle. They were straight forward and gave me the deal on the used car that I wanted and even made some minor repairs in order for me to purchase it. Soon after I took it home, there was a small problem with the engine and I took it back and he replaced a part with no hesitation and no cost to me. Ive used this location to have my vehicle serviced for about 6-7 years now. I refuse to go anywhere else. I was referred by someone who has been going here even longer. I was thrilled when they put a dealership on the lot. My cars engine (I purchased from another dealership) blew and I came right here to get a car. I was had a great experience. They understood my urgency to get back on the road and got me in my new used car right away. The prices are as advertised unlike these other scam dealerships that lower the price and put in fine print "price doesnt include $4000 down payment". Absolute great place to get a car or service. I contacted Omar, worried that it would now fall on me, but he had me bring it back and they worked with me to fix it, just as it should be. John had replaced the part for me with pleasure. Recently purchased a 2005 jeep from Elmora auto sales. The salesman Omar and Owner John were straightforward, honest & sincere. There is no pressure to purchase or overspend beyond your set budget. In fact, exactly the opposite - they actually discouraged me from buying another car that caught my eye but was out of my price range. Buying process was easy and pleasant. After my purchase there were a few minor things the car needed ( for example air filter) and John took care of everything quickly and with a smile. I have been back a few times with questions and I never get the impression that now that the sale is complete Im on my own. They genuinely want happy satisfied customers and go above and beyond to give great customer service.

Excellent! Friend told me about this place as a disabled person wanted to be cautious but Tony and Nick did not pressure me and I left without buying anything. I asked for a CRV type vehicle and according to my fiances the CRV did not fit my finances. All the cars where so clean. I fell in love with a Hundai Santa Fe. I could not sleep Sunday night thing what a deal I got. I was hopping everything went well on monday. And they made the buying process so easy I walked in and sighed the papers and now I am in the parking lot ready to drive home writing this review! I researched this car as being a ranking of 8 in safety. I would tell everyone to pass by before you buy. PS I asked to have the front bearing and the back lift-gate fixed before I took the car and it was ready ahead of time.l

In February my truck broke down. Was surfing the internet and came across Elmora Auto Sales. The guys at Elmoea Auto Sales was very helpful with the car buying process, and was not pushy. They found me a car that fit my budget A nice 2000 Ford Taurus wagon and a day later I was driving my newest car, if anything went wrong with in the warranty guidelines thy gladly fixed it. ----- Recently purchased a used 2006 Mercedes from Elmora Auto Sales and, all told, I love the car and the follow up customer service! I went in to the dealership with the intent of buying a newer car, most likely in the Honda or Toyota variety, and was shown a number of models that fit my needs well. The sales representatives didnt pressure me to buy at any point and were helpful with their information. In the end, the 06 Mercedes caught my eye and I ended up buying it. ------ The real argument for going here over other dealerships is the after-purchase follow up, however. Unlike other dealerships, when you buy a car from John and Elmora Auto Sales, youre buying a vehicle and the help of someone who has your best interests at heart and will go the extra mile for you. As with any used car, always have take it in for a pre-purchase inspection from a mechanic or repair shop that deals with your particular make of car. I did so and found a couple of more minor issues (didnt affect the safety or immediate driveability of the car but would have a more long term affect if left un-addressed) which I brought up to John in the service shop. He had pretty much everything fixed overnight and ordered the one part that he didnt have on hand. ------ The shop goes above and beyond what can be expected and is the greatest (of many) things that makes Elmora Auto Sales the BEST place to buy a car in Elizabeth. Youre buying both a great vehicle as well as peace of mind knowing that if anything should come up, you have a friend in your corner who will help fix the issue. I would, and do, recommend Elmora Auto Sales for your next car purchase.

They took the interest in showing me the best car for my budget. My husband purchased me a 2004 Ford Escape from here today and they were amazing! Their staff is very friendly and they handle all of the paperwork and fees including title, registration, and plates which saves you a trip to the dreaded DMV. I came in with my infant daughter and they treated me with respect like a prospective buyer not " a woman buying a car" which speaks volumes. I took it for a test drive before we bought it and it rides so smooth. My SUV is clean, nothing is broken, and so far is running great. I can tell it was well maintained and a lot of time and effort was put into it to prepare it for sale.
