I went to Larchmont Chrysler because I saw their ad online for lease deals. They gave me the deal and more! The whole leasing process took less than 45 minutes. Very easy going and a great deal. The car was ready less than two days later and pick up took about 20 minutes. Seriously, the easiest process for purchasing a car. Salesman went over all the major features and took care of customizing the car for me. I will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

I called to get a price on a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and spoke with Pat Fitz. After a little back and forth, he told me the bottom line price on exact vehicle I wanted, including all taxes, registrations fees, etc. and that it was in stock. They have none of the "dealer fees" that you get at the last minute at other places, which jack up the price. Pat gave me a good price on the new car and fair price on my trade-in -- we were done with the deal in about an hour. There were no surprises. I was actually in a bit of shock that I did not have to deal with any car salesman games, but I guess there are a few honest ones. I was given a better than average finance rate from Jack in their finance department. Everything went so smoothly! I considered this place only because it had an A+ from the Better Business Bureau, but I went to a few other dealers first that did not have a good rating with BBB. Let me tell you it makes a big difference -- not having to deal with "bait and switch" scams, high pressure sales tactics etc. I never thought Id write a good review for a car dealer.

I was in the market for a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and stopped by Larchmont Jeep. I was glad that they werent pushy and were willing to answer my questions. I had several unique requests and they attempted to locate the car that I wanted. After searching high and low, I decided to order the vehicle. Fernando worked out pricing and provided a range of options for me. He made himself readily available to answer questions and never gave me the "Hard Sell", that annoyed me when I visited other dealerships in the area. Throughout the process he kept me informed on delivery timing. My car arrived before the estimated delivery and was exactly as requested. More importantly, they were able to improve on the leasing rate that we agreed too. There are few out there that would give the savings back to the customer after it was negotiated. I was thrilled about the savings and my new car. When I picked up my car, we were able to wrap-up the paperwork in less than 30 mins. I was not offered unnecessary coverage that would boost my cost. Went in to look at purchasing a used jeep grand cherokee. We were assisted by Fernando. Very disappointed in the service. It seemed like he was the only sales person and we interrupted him from his paperwork. He showed us some cars but was not enthusiastic. Its as if we were a bother to him. He never even asked for our names or took our info down like other dealerships. So we just decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Just made a purchase from another dealership!

My wife and I had been looking for a new car for my son who just got his license. Our main goal was safety features and a reasonable price. We had done a bunch of research and found the Jeep Cherokee to have all the safety features, to be a cool looking car and was actually really reasonably priced. Moreover, the interior of the car was gorgeous as well. I was recommended to Fernando Gulla at Larchmont Chrysler by a friend who had just bought the same car for her son. Fernando was beyond amazing to deal with. He knew every feature of the car, did not pressure us at all and was just a really nice guy to deal with. In any event, at the urging of my mother-in-law, we decided to also get a quote from White Plain Chrysler and after going there and waiting for over 25 minutes just to meet with a sales person, he knew very little about the car and spent more time asking me questions about me so that he could input same into his system which took forever. Moreover, his pricing was much higher than Larchmont and it was clear to me that it would have been a full blown negotiation type arrangement. I basically walked out and immediately went back to Larchmont and Fernando and bought the car on the spot. The entire process took 20-30 minutes and was ridiculously painless. It was night and day from White Plains. I highly recommend Fernando if you want a Jeep. He was awesome.
