I bought a car from the city Toyota recently, the trade in deal that the salesmen struck with me has left me very insulted. I had bought a car there 2 years ago and was given 30 days grace to look at the car. I satisfied and kept it. With that in mind I took this car without too much attention to the fine print. The trade in put me at negative $9000.00. When I relished what I have done I requested a reversal of the contract. I wanted my old car back. I was told that could not happen. I was also told the 30 day grace period of the former day do not exist anymore. I left feeling very insulted that I could let a car in such a good condition go at that price. I mightnt recommend anyone to trade in a car with city Toyota. Besides this disappointing, I think you carry good car and should never have to cheapen to that point where you could refuse to live by the basic costomer satisfaction notion - that until the customer is satisfied.
