"Worst Service Experience"
The service took excessive time, excessive cost, and poor communications. I made an appointment for 10/5 at 12:33 p. m. to check a front-end noise and a chirping noise. I dropped the car off at 11:30 a. m. I got a call from the service advisor at 2:30 stating that the front-end noise is from the right wheel bearing which needs to be replaced. They need another hour to identify the noise in the rear end. I talked to the service advisor at 5:15 and there is no estimate yet and they are checking on parts. The car also needs rear shocks. The service report says that both rear shocks are rotted. I dont know what that means. The next morning i was notified that parts are available and the estimate is $1400. I authorized to proceed. i called the service advisor at 1:00 p. m. to get an estimate when the car would be done so I could plan my afternoon. The advisor said he did not get the paperwork from the technician yet so the car is not done. I asked him to contact the technician to get an estimate for completion. He said he would and call me back shortly. I didnt hear from him again until he called at 3:00 p. m. and said the car was finished and I could come and get it. The final bill was $1462.35 which included $902.65 for labor. I asked the service advisor for a breakdown of the labor and he said there isnt one. I find it hard to believe that the cost to diagnosis, replace a wheel bearing and 2 shocks is $902.65. As of today my car still has the chirping sound.

She was very courteous and handled all my questions. I then dealt with Shannon when I first got there, but ended up working with Jose for most of the process. I have not shopped for a new car in some time, so I wasnt sure what to expect. They took me through the process effortlessly. "Best Experience I Have Had"
My experience with Tasca Ford was one of best I have had purchasing a new vehicle for my mom. When I arrived, I was greeted by Colin who was very polite and receptive to my needs. I explained the situation to him and what I was looking for. He researched his system for the inventory of Ford Focus hatchbacks. Some of them were ok, but didn’t really fill what I needed to get. He took me out on the lot to look at new cars and we found the one I needed. The Tasca team worked together and gave me a price that fit what I was looking for. They allowed me to take the car to my mother’s home for her to see and it met her approval as well as mine. I gave Colin all the information he needed so when we arrived the next day my mom only had to sign off on the paper work, give a little more informationa and off she drove in her new car. "Still Smiling Over Buying A Truck At Tasca Ford!"
For 11 weeks I really had no success in searching tri-state area for a late model Ford F150 in good condition with low miles and reasonable pricing. Its just not an easy task as often used trucks are beat to hell or with their condition misrepresented by dealerships and still listed at unreasonable and inflated prices. I also met more than my share of unpleasant and difficult sales people whose primary goal seemed only to pressure the last dollar out of prospective customers. So, I fully expected more of the same when I visited Tasca Ford in Berlin, CT to check out a truck they had advertised and seemed promising. But I couldnt have been more wrong. When I showed interest in this one owner and beautiful blue F150 Super-Cab truck, my saleswoman, Nitza Fuentes, was the ultimate professional. She was knowledgeable about the product and our entire discussions in attempting to strike a fair deal were comfortable and without stress. During the test drive Nitza even allowed me to take my Jack Russell Terrier along and Roscoe sat in her lap the entire time... and trust me, Roscoe is far better judge of someones character than most people I know. The truck drove beautifully and it even looked like no one had ever sat in the passenger or rear seats. It was also more than fairly priced, but like most buyers I had a budget and a sales price and financing payments in mind that I needed to stay under. So we didnt quite agree at first. Still there was none of that "take it of leave it style" you can often expect at many dealerships when attempting to purchase a pre-owned vehicle thats in high demand like the F150 model. Even when the Finance Manager, Stephen Lucas, joined the discussion, it was still low key without any pressure whatsoever and both Nitza and Stephen listened to my concerns with suggestions as to how we could compromise. In the end both sides moved a little on a fair final price and I got the financing I needed and am pleased with. So Im now a happy owner of a really nice F150 truck and I really cant recommend anyone going to any other Ford dealership without giving Tasca Ford at least a visit first. Say hello to Nitza and Stephen. Youll get treated fairly and professionally. You dont have to believe me, trust my dog, Roscoe, they are really nice people ...

Would give 0 stars if I could. Had to drive 100 miles one way after confirming by email and phone for the availability of the vehicle 2 days in a row and they had transferred the vehicle to another location. Apparently no one there knew about the inventory till I reached. To top it all they did not have another similar car to show either. Horrible experience.

"Terrible Service"
f there was less than 1 star that would be my rating. Brought truck in Sunday to be fixed Monday, "wrong" part was ordered, but truck was in too late for the part to be delivered first thing Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon - part arrived late, and did not want to rush the repair - had to get a rental car (which they paid for). Wednesday afternoon truck is finished, but now with a scratch on the door that was through the paint. Had to leave the truck for the auto body team to fix (I will say Tom in Autobody was great and true to his word), which is not what I can say about their service delivery team. Overall its great that the lobby is nice and comfortable, because you may be there for a while...

Our new 2016 Ford Explorer was the second vehicle we bought from Tasca in two years. From the time we walked in the door and our sales associate, Edgar, popped right up to help us, to the time less than 24 hours when we drove our new Explorer off the lot, everyone was not only helpful and knowledgable, but more than willing to go the extra mile to make the deal work for everyone. Our finance guy, Jeff, even found us an extra $1,000 in incentives on his own, without our knowledge, which was a very pleasant surprise when we came in to pick up the vehicle. There was never any pressure from anyone in the Sales Department to make the sale (the thing that makes me dread walking into a car dealership the most is the old "what do we gotta do to put you in this beautiful vehicle today" schtick), and both Edgar and our Sales Manager Gary were more than happy to accommodate my ridiculous asks (installing running boards and an armrest safe, yes like where you store your valuables). Overall, another excellent experience, I highly recommend Tasca Ford to anyone in the market for a new Ford who wants a great vehicle at a great price.

Searched for a couple of weeks for a used truck. Found an amazing 2014 GMC Sierra SLE at our price. It was in perfect condition. Called to talk to a sales guy but that guy had to leave for an emergency...... so Adrian took over. It was a very easy sale for him because we had cash and wanted this truck. He was very professional..and let us tske this big rig out for a drive. Being as it is a Ford dealership he didnt know a whole lot about GMCs. Which is fine because we were originally looking at Fords. But Adrian spent the weekend doing some research and showing us all we needed to know about the truck. They have a 7 day hassle free return policy, 90 day bumper to pumper policy...and we also were still able to get the GMC warranty. All in all it was a good buying experiance. Id recommend this place to anyone.

The 3yr. warranty on my 2013 vehicle was ending shortly so getting a free alignment check was high on the list for maintaining my Ford. Unfortunately for me, the alignment was off, so Tasca gave me a $25 discount on-the-spot for the service which they did right away. Experienced Drivers know through vehicle feedback, when the alignment is off, as the last time I drove on the highway the car was not tracking properly(pulling) around a high speed curve. I just needed it to be checked and verified which it was. Tasca is an outfit that doesnt beat around the bush and neither do they try to sell you something you dont need. My experience with Tasca Service is that they are extremely knowledgeable, competent, and honest, which is a rarity in car dealerships these days. I recommend them Highly!

We ended up picking a used 2012 Honda Accord! We were a little worried since weve been trying to repair our credit that wed actually get approved! I went in to look at the ford fusion. I was greeted by customer service agent who directed me to Dennis Asfalg. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The test drive was informative and I left with a good feeling. I test drove a few other brands of cars but in the end decided on the Fusion Hybrid Energi. I went back to Dennis and ordered the car I wanted. This was on Friday. The exact car I wanted was at their other location in Cranston,RI and it was picked up the next day and delivered to me on Monday. The thoroughness of the walk through of the car was great. Especially since so much more advanced than my previous car. In Addition, I was taken on a tour of the facility which was a nice touch. The Financial aspect was quick and painless, even being a little less than was discussed previously because of rebates. I would definitely recommend this dealer and especially Dennis. It was actually a very pleasant experience.

When I arrived at the Dealership, the vehicles that met my criteria were in the front of the Dealer, waiting for me.
